GoogleVery professional and organised service. Joanne Maxwell has helped me from the start until I settled in my flat. Provided all the documents in an organised manner (which saves a lot of struggle) , as well as being able answer my questions clearly and in time (quick e-mail responses). GoogleThe Haslam's team in Reading have looked after me in a really nice way all through the very long period that it took to sell my flat. They tried to reassure me when I was anxious, they always responded quickly and efficiently, they always picked up the phone to talk to me and really worked their socks off to get the sale through. The innumerable viewings they organized must have easily justified their fee. I really feel they have gone the extra mile to help me sell my flat. TrustpilotHaslams are the worst agency I ever signed with - Do not recommend and will never sign with them again
I signed with Haslam's Reading a year ago and it was the worst, exhausting, expensive and unhealthy I have ever experienced. The flat I rented is filled with issues and this agency has not done anything to fix them but ignore me and when they respond is to argue with me that I am not right and they refuse to fix the issues. They did everything they could and super fast to sign me and as soon as I moved in and the flat started showing all the health hazard issues they ignore me or argue with me. Not only I can not rest-sleep-work here but I have to waste my time arguing with them. My only option is to move out giving a 3 month notice contract they enforce me to sign.
