GooglePoppy at Haslams was responsive and straightforward throughout our offer on a property in Shinfield. She came back quickly every time, was honest about where things stood, and never left us guessing. We weren't successful in the end, but she was straight with us at every stage, which is more than we can say for some agents. Would happily deal with her again.

She was well prepared and provided detailed information of each viewing property. She also provided additional information about the letting market and the letting process which is extremely useful for person who has just relocated to the UK like me.

A special thank you to Alice, who has been consistently responsive, clear, and supportive throughout the whole process, she really helped make everything smooth and stress-free. I had to move in quite urgently, and I really appreciate how quickly the team acted. Michael confirmed everything with the landlord promptly, and Harry arranged the key collection and the move-in inventory at short notice, making the transition extremely efficient. Thank you to the whole team, I’m very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Haslams.
