Haslams sent a property inspector, one Adrian Porter, to inspect my rented property in Reading on Friday 31st March 2023, as the landlord requested it. However, towards the end of the inspection, Mr Porter knocked out my WiFi cabling, and I have been, subsequently, unable to work from home, or watch Sky Q television, or enjoy my Bluesound Hifi system. It will be over 4 days without WiFi as a result of my property being ruined by a Haslams representative. I would also add that Haslams have not offered any compensation for loss of income, loss of leisure, and hardship without WiFi. All they have stated is that I am to complete "Complaints" emails. That is all very well, as I, assiduously, pay the rent every month, long before the due date. I am thinking of, come May 2023, refusing to pay the rent as a result of Haslams not addressing my concerns.
