GoogleI am happy with the service provided by Haslams, especially Michele who was very helpful with the renewal of my contract. I have been renting with Haslams for a year now and there were no issues and the staff was always professional and helpful. Moving into a new flat from abroad certainly is no easy feat, but Haslam EA certainly made it all smooth and easy to navigate through. From viewing to contract signing, all the agents that I have interacted with definitely exercised the highest level of professionalism, communication and precision in answering any of my queries and getting the bureaucratic procedures done in such a timely order. I must mention the two following agents (and in no particular order), Alice Baker and Isobel Lunn, for acting as mentioned above. Compared to the level of bureaucracy that I have experienced in an unnamed EU country a short while back, this was certainly refreshing and rejuvenating to experience. All matters and queries were handled and solved by them with the greatest speed and efficiency, which facilitated my move to be on-time and as per planned. My sincerest thanks to them both. May both of them flourish as a distinguished MARLA in the future.
