Requested a valuation on our flat via their website, was told they called (no missed call) when I called them to chase two days after initial request, booked in a meeting only to be phoned on the day at the meeting time to be told that 'they tried calling earlier (no missed call), but they won't make it (no reason or reschedule offered)'
