GoogleMy flat was on sale in March 2024 with another estate agent and one of Chancellors agents called me 2x days in a row in March and asked me if I wanted to rent it out instead of selling. I told him the first time that I was selling it because I needed the money for a deposit on a house. He called again the next date, less than 24 hours later, and asked the same thing. Now, over the past 2x weeks, I've had 2x of their agents call me and ask me if I want to sell/rent my flat to someone they have on the line. My flat has been sold STC on Rightmove since the beginning of April. Proper special lot working there.

GoogleLettings team are amazing! Sales team rubbish My preference was to sell my property however it is currently on rent via a Different agent I emailed both divisions. Lettings sent through terms and had an offer after 1 day of viewings. Sales team I have chased three times as they havnt even bothered sending terms! Needless to say I have now found another agent - guess they do not need the business!
