FacebookMe and my wife have been looking to buy our first home, we contacted Rayleigh Haart back in December with regards to a few properties we had seen online, we were put in touch with Max at the branch, being a first time buyer we didn't know what to expect, however Max fully understood and took on board what we are looking for in a home, his professionalism, knowledge of the market and honesty is something we thought was something that should be highlighted on a review, we would highly recommend his services and to getting in touch with the Rayleigh branch and asking for Max if your in the market to buy or to sell your home. FacebookHaart Rayleigh have been amazing during my house purchase. Special shout outs to Dan, Pete and Steve who have all done their bit!! I know that I will be singing Haarts praises for the foreseeable future. Nothing was too much trouble for them and people warned me you never hear from estate agents blablah and you have to chase. I have to say I’ve never felt so updated lol, So organised and I’m very very very impressed. I know if I was to sell my property in the future they would be the estate agent of choice. Thanks guys!!! FacebookI would never use haart again they did not sell my house, I changed estate agents which they were fine about then 2 years later they've said I was in breach of contract and they want 3% commission, after a lengthly battle I have to pay them £6000 with solicitors on top. So unfair considering I already paid commission to an estate agent. I could go to court but am too nervous. So thought I'd settle out. So not happy with haart.

GoogleThe people at Haart are amazing, our chain was becoming a nightmare but Haart never lost faith and Steve Kelly was relentless insuring this Chain went through. The experience of all at Haart is extensive and worth every penny, it's thanks to them that we exchange contracts. Massive thanks to Steve, Dan, Peter & Elliot, could not have asked for more.

GoogleThe team in Rayleigh were tenacious in getting people in to view the property, at least 1-2 a week. They also kept us informed on feedback and suggestions on how we may improve the property for sale. When we had a buyer they were super efficient and kept in contact throughout, right up until the completion. I would highly recommend them.

Even when had issues, they were constantly on the case chasing respective people and keeping myself in the loop. They were courteous and a hard working team who enabled us to achieve the best for our property. Once sold, Steve Kelly worked tirelessly to progress the sale to completion, going above and beyond to keep us informed and on track.
