We are hopefully a few days away from exchange and completion on our first property. I have nothing but positive feedback to give Rayleigh Haart. I intitally dealt with Brad who showed us around several properties and he couldn't have been nicer and helpful. He also was the agent who put in the offer for us and informed us of the process. He was more than happy to assist us with all of our queries and also to spend time in all of the properties. Once the offer got accepted, Steven the Branch Manager dealt with the process from there. As we are first time buyers we have no experience with the complex process and Steven has managed to go over and above his duties to assist us in the best possible way and push the sale through. He has called me every couple of days to give me an update and has also chased both solicitors to ensure the sale goes through quickly. We haven't exchanged and completed yet, but the service that Rayleigh Haart has given us has been outstanding. Thank you Steven, Brad and the team.

Previously went with a different estate agent for an 8 week contract expecting to have loads on viewings and house to be sold. Big mistake 8 weeks later only a hand ful of viewings with myself continually chasing estate agent for an update. After contract was finished contacted hearts estate agents asking for them to sell my house, again under an 8 week contract. Within 1 week of being with them we had more than triple the amount of viewings than previous estate agents with 2 0ffers 1 of those offers we excepted and I'm pleased to say after a very smooth transaction using hearts recommended solicitors we have exchanged and a week away from completing. If ever asked I would after this experience fully recommend Hearts estate agents. Polite and friendly staff, who were continuously contacting me to keep me updated on sale of my house. Haart Rayleigh have been amazing. I am a first time buyer and was concerned the house buying process would be quite stressful for just me to organise with my job etc as friends and family kept sharing their horror stories so I was preparing for the worst. However, Haart have been brilliant throughout the process. I originally spoke to Dan about being interested in the property and he straight away got the mortgage advisor to contact me to be ready for a house viewing. At the viewing Pete was present, he was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the property, and I was keen to put down an offer the following Monday. Once my offer got accepted Steve done a wonderful job of chasing everything for me and I think he has to be the most organised guy I’ve ever spoken to. I got calls with regular updates and I didn’t need to chase, the whole process has been easy breezey and looking back I don’t know what I was worried about at the start. Everyone in my office department has been following my house buying journey and everyone is impressed by Haart when I give my updates. I’m now Haarts number 1 cheerleader and will definitely be recommending to others. Thanks guys!! You’re amazing! :-)

The team at Haart in Rayleigh have been brilliant throughout the whole buying and selling process, in particular the branch manager Steve regularly keeping us updated. Spencer was also really helpful when he valued the house, taking the time to make sure the photos were perfect. We had an open house and sold our home within a WEEK!! To have all offers checked out by the mortgage advisor really gave us peace of mind knowing our buyers were more than proceedable. We have just exchanged contracts and I can't fault Steve and his team at Haart in Rayleigh , we encountered a few problems along the way and the guys at haart helped us in every way they could to solve the problems so we could sell our house. Steve kept us informed every step of the way. I would definitely use Haart in Rayleigh if you need to sell your house as they were all so professional from start to finish , a friendly team who you can trust. Spencer helped us put the property on the market and also helped us with a problem. Not until we were looking at properties in Rayleigh did we stumble across Haart in Rayleigh. One Saturday my wife and I were literally passing by and popped in really to go on their mailing list for properties in SS6. First person we spoke to was Elliott. He was young, polite and keen and within a matter of minutes had taken our details and said that if there were any properties we were interested in, then he may be able to show us around them later in the day. He worked hard to arrange some for us to visit that day which was impressive to say the least. With his help and another Agent in Haart (Rayleigh) we looked at 4 that day and ended up putting in an offer on one which was accepted. Despite Haart in Rayleigh being the Estate agents for the house we are now buying, they have always kept us informed of the progress of the sale which has been reassuring and as such we can only speak as we find in that they have always been there for us even though we have not paid them a single penny as we are buying through them, not selling. I have recently dealt with Haart Rayleigh when purchasing a new home. Elliott, Spencer and Dan were all fantastic. I have been trying to move back into Rayleigh for over 18 months and have kept in regular contact with Haart on my requirements as I am fussy and could not find a property I really wanted. I dealt with Max over the phone and by email of a few occasions. He arranged a viewing for me on a property that unfortunately got sold before I had a chance to get down there. Max however asked all of the right questions and worked out what it was I was looking for and sent me details of a few properties that really fit my brief. I did not end up buying through Haart but the service Max gave me was excellent.
