GoogleAwful so disappointed with the service i can only say we didnt recieve. We viewed a house to rent put the deposit and heard nothing only to be told there was a problem as the land lady was going through a divorce. We waited on patiently still no call from haart so we called again they claimed still no answer to divorce we should wait another week in which time i find our house up for rent with another company. I can only say we now have our house the house haart could not sort out and the divorce story is a whole lie since speaking with new liasons our landlords are happily married. Awful service full of liea with not one appology and they dont like to make a phone call to you so get ready to make a few chase up calls with them basically they take your money and dont do anything else good luck if you use them

What sold me to choose them as our agent was that they never once dissed other estate agents to win our business (others did) - they presented a plan of how they'd achieve a sale in detail - which is what you want. GoogleI was so very impressed with the committed service I recieved from everyone at haarts Rayleigh , what a service. I tried a few other agents and never felt they had the drive to sell but the guys at haarts are thirsty for a deal and shortly after signing up with them I got a buyer. Our chain has been tricky but I was updated regularly which helped with the stress. Although the very worst happened in the end and the completion didn't happen as planned the support was excellent from the team and they worked tirelessly to get a conclusion , if you need a professional and friendly team to see you through such a stressful time then look no further....thank you guys really grateful.

We’re sorry that you wasn’t happy with the service received and felt the need to give the rating and feedback that you have. I’ll answer the points you have raised. It’s our standard process to our sellers that all offers are substantiated via our mortgage team. There’s no hard sale on this, it’s the procedure that Dan explained to you. I note you advised you would only allow us to qualify your offer should it be accepted. We would follow this same process if we were to sell a property for yourself also to give peace of mind that prospective applicants can financially proceed. With regards to the offers, you was aware there was another offer already received which the seller had declined and we asked for both best offers which you advised you then increased to as a maximum figure. The seller decided to accept the other parties best offer which was higher but also due to them being in a stronger position. This is out of our hands as we can only present the offers given and our sellers ultimately make the final decision on which one they will accept. We did advise that unfortunately your offer had been declined and when asked was unable to advise of what the accepted offer was which is standard estate agency procedure. All offers at any time would need to be presented to the sellers so had you wanted to increase your offer further you would have been welcome to and still are entitled to. Should you wish to do so, please don’t hesitate in calling our office in order for us to advise our sellers accordingly. Regards Rayleigh haart
