Darren Tussaud, were can I start… this lad was completely professional from the moment he walked through the door, asked questions about us and made us feel at ease, talked us through the process and explained everything . We brought a bungalow from a seller using Abbott’s at the beginning of the year. Tim @ Kings Lynn branch truly went above & beyond for us. He attended extra viewings, even on his Saturday day offs. He kept us updated as to progress. But above all else he was in constant contact with the seller & their solicitor, pushing them along to get the sale through in the timeframe we needed. He made endless phone calls, got involved in paperwork where he had no obligation to & was always on the end of the phone when we needed him. Would recommend Tim to anyone. I think he was as excited as we were the day we got the keys!!! Thank you

I can not make any complaint concerning Abbotts Sales as they managed to work around our own hours of viewing without question. The person who dealt with everything was a Hannah Brown who tried to make everything easier for us with the viewing itself. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They prioritised sending the right person round rather than the number of people they sent round. Then, after we sold they were very helpful in the conveyancing process. They have a specific department for that who was able to explain things when I was unsure and to liaise with solicitors and the other agents. When problems arose they were key in resolving it and finding the right solution. While we worked mainly with Joanna from Thorpe Bay we also had a lot of help from Amy on the after sale. They have also continued to support us after the sale.

Peter and Nelle from the Rayleigh letting team have been nothing but helpful and supportive in finding a tenant for my mum's flat in Southend. When the first potential tenant pulled out a week before their move in date, the team managed to find a new tenant for the property, completed the referencing check and sent over a new tenant agreement, all within 48 hours!! Impressive is an understatement! I would highly recommend them if you want to have a hassle-free experience 😊

Abbotts Norwich is honestly a disaster of a letting agency. The male agent who showed me the property behaved like an out-of-control football hooligan, completely unprofessional and erratic, rushing through the entire viewing. When I followed up with their customer service, it was just as bad: totally amateur. They promised a call back but I never heard from them again.
