Jade, solicitors side of my house sale and whom I was in contact with regularly was incredibly patient, helpful, continuously tried to help me with progression of my needs as I was particularly not good with digital, online communication, but she did anything she could to help me. Miles and Barr, estate agents in Dover, who together with solicitors were just absolutely amazing. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism, kindness and from start meeting Ashley, who was incredible, truly understood my predicament, offered help from himself and his amazing team at Miles and Barr, introduced me to Flori, whom also went beyond her job to help me, truly genuine in all her actions, in more ways than I can describe. I met Emmanuel, again, genuine, thoughtful, professional and always ready to help, and everyone i spoke to on tbe phone, met in the office, I don't want to leave anyone out, as each and every one were amazing, I'm so glad I found Miles and Barr and I can only speak highly of them. Throughout the many years of moving, this is the first time I can genuinely say credit where credit is due, they deserve the best recommendation because the whole team from Jade at solicitors, guiding me throughout the legal side to everyone I met at Miles and Barr Dover, gave me reassurance, professionalism, and a sale to remember them by. Felt like family, always wanting to give their best no matter what situation arose. I truly appreciate each and every one I had the privilege to meet and speak with.

A fantastic property manager

Miles and Barr managed the property we let for 14 years. We had numerous property managers in that time and it has only been in the last 6 months since Rachel Hodson took over we have been totally happy. Rachel was an excellent communicator, keeping us up to date, answering questions in a timely manner and finding out if she didn't know. If she had been our property manager for the whole time,j I would have given 5 stars.

Our experience involved a complicated property sale so we needed a lot of support and guidance which Miles and Barr definitely gave us. Very pleased with the team at Miles and Barr for recently selling my property. I initially chose them thanks to the warm and professional approach of Maddy at the front of house. Shea then provided a well-researched valuation and responded quickly to all of my questions. Kayleigh expertly negotiated an offer and timescale that worked perfectly for everyone in our chain. Finally, Emily handled the sales progression with empathy and complete regularity; her weekly updates provided a level of reassurance I haven't experienced with other agents. The staff are very helpful

The branch staff are very helpful, polite and friendly and have had a positive experience with them during viewings and when I came into branch to ask questions. Denise who has been dealing with our move has been very good at answering all our questions and we had a lot as first time buyers.She is also really cheerful and down to earth, so has made the whole process feel less intimidating! The process was broken into manageable steps so would recommend for first time buyers to go with M&B Canterbury as they have made it less overwhelming for us. It helps they worked alongside our solicitors, PLS, who they got in touch with us. I believe this made the process more smooth and less stressful.

Selling a house can be a nerve racking journey but the team in Whitstable kept us informed of progress weekly and after a slow start we sold in February. A special mention goes to Megan Dyer who managed negotiations beautifully and also proved to be a very helpful liaison point between ourselves and our buyers over what were 'trivial' but important matters that just needed a quick, direct conversation. I had a pleasure as a buyer to work with Elenas Betevas, one of sales negotiator. It was nothing short but a pleasure working with him. He had listened to what i needed and wanted, and using that knowledge picked best properties for me to view instead of attempting to shift deadstock.
