Update to a previous 5 star rating. Rightmove contacted the Land Registry over an error in the description of my property, resolved the issue and amended the website. So they dealt with two issues over the Christmas period on a next working day basis, and also informed me by email immediately. (Neither of the problems were caused by Rightmove)I cannot fault their customer service.
