GoogleRaf, Ester were brilliant. They consulted throughout the process and always chased solicitors for updated information. Extremely positive experience of buying and selling a property through Greyfox Rainham Branch. Would Definately recommend them to friends and family. Would also use them again if I ever needed to move again. They were professional but also treated you as an individual- they always knew who you were when you rang. I can honestly say they made the experience and phone calls easy and would always follow something up if they said they would. GoogleAfter being let down from a previous agent, Greyfox was a breath of fresh air. Esther was relaxed and made me feel comfortable during viewings and was accompanying with times and lining up multiple properties to view. communication was paramount to me, especially as this was a sore point for me. From the moment I made the offer, the agents were fantastic. Raf called with any developments and questions were answered and updates were given along the way. Very friendly and supportive. I hope to never sell my house but if at any point in the future I do then it will definitely be with Greyfox Rainham. Thank you guys.

GoogleGreyfox (Rainham) was outstanding when they were asked to sell my mother's house and then her retirement flat. My mother has dementia and Rafike, Esther and the team were extremely understanding and ensured that my Mum's safety and wellbeing was protected at all times by adhering to the viewing rules and ensuring that my husband and I were able to remove my Mum from the house during visits. They were also endlessly helpful and sympathetic to a difficult situation and worked hard to bring the process to a successful close. I would not hesitate to recommend Greyfox Rainham to anyone. GoogleWe cannot thank Esther, Edward and Rafike enough for their efficiency and kindness throughout the sale of our parents' house. They understood the emotions that go with selling a much-loved family home and were respectful of this. They remained professional and compassionate throughout and were able to offer advice when needed. GoogleRaff and the team were nothing short of brilliant!! Raff is a big personality and the wife and kids immediately loved him. We met Esther when viewing a property, she was lovely very professional and always willing to help. The young man that came to take the photos was courteous professional and great with an over enthusiastic 3 year old who wanted to look at every picture he took and critique it. During the process we were kept up to date and always had someone to talk to when we had questions. True to Raffs word we were sold very quickly and with minimal issues thanks to his help. Can’t recommend these guys enough! Thanks again to Raff and the team.

GoogleEsther and her team at Greyfox are amazing. They are professional and put you at ease. They don’t give the big hard sell speech because they don’t need to. If you know anyone that has used them they will tell you that they are exactly what you need to sell your home and support you through the whole process to the end. I can’t thank them enough.

GoogleAfter a painful experience with an online estate agent, we spoke to Greyfox about selling our house. The initial meeting with Rafike gave us a lot of confidence that they knew what they were talking about and we put our faith into them. The viewings started coming in almost immediately and our house was sold in a timely manner. We dealt with Rafike and Esther who we found to be friendly, approachable and very professional. They know their stuff that's for sure! We would undoubtedly recommend Greyfox to anyone considering selling their house!

GoogleGreyfox - professional, efficient, effective and above all really care about their customers. The whole team were such a support when we reluctantly had to sell our parent's property. There realistic and expert knowledge of the housing market, provided a quality service for a quick and smooth sale from the very beginning to completion. Great co-ordination throughout the process from photographs, energy ratings, floor plans, marketing and promotion of the property. Updates were provided weekly either by email or phone regarding the progression of the sale along with much needed reassurance to ourselves. We unreservedly recommend their services without hesitation and they will be our preferred choice for future property matters. Thank you Rafike, Esther, Ted, Sarah and all the Greyfox Team.

Google5 stars doesn't seem enough! What an amazing team of dedicated, professional, enthusiastic and caring individuals Greyfox has working for them. It is said moving home is one of life's most stressful events, well whoever said that didn't have Greyfox working for them! After being in our family home for over 35 years the thought of moving was daunting. We did lots of 'homework' before inviting 3 local agents to value our home, we knew instantly Greyfox were the right ones for us and at no point in our journey did we feel we had made the wrong decision. Greyfox were there to guide, support, inform and hand hold us every step of the way through the process of selling our home and as luck would have it they were also the agents for the property we purchased. There were a few hiccups at the start of our journey where we lost our buyer (not Greyfox's fault) and the property we initially sought to buy (not via Greyfox) fell through, but did we get stressed? Not at all, we left all the work and worrying to Greyfox! Our confidence in their abilities was justified, despite being in the middle of a long chain, within less than 8 weeks our house sale was complete and we found the perfect home! It almost seems unfair to single out individuals as everyone we came into contact with at Greyfox were brilliant, but it would be remiss of us not to give special thanks to Raf and Esther, they really went above and beyond the call of duty and made what could have been a challenging and difficult time very straightforward. Thank you so much for everything, we are delighted with our new home and would have no hesitation in recommending Greyfox to family and friends (in fact we did and our sister has also just sold her house with Greyfox!). To those who have managed to read through this lengthy review, if you're looking for an estate agent either for selling or buying, do yourself a favour, forget the rest and hire the best - Greyfox!

GoogleI first met Raf a few years ago when he valued my house for my divorce. I was struck by how professional and helpful he was which is why I went back to him a couple of years later to sell my house. I sold and bought my next property through Greyfox in Rainham. From start to finish they were absolutely brilliant. My move wasn't the easiest but Raf, Edward, Esther and Sarah were always at the end of the phone to answer my questions and advise (and I called alot!) I would most definitely go back to them and would always recommend them. Thank you Raf and team.

GoogleBest decision I made using Greyfox. Property sold within 5 days after the first few viewings for the best price and at a very reasonable commission. Dont think I would have got through the sale process without this amazing team, a massive thanks to Rafike and Esther. Rafike is very knowledgeable and approachable, not your typical 'estate agency type'. They all showed great support throughout. Went above and beyond my expectations throughout a very stressful process, kept the chain from breaking when we had complications and delays and kept everyone in the chain up-to-date within the process. Havent got a bad word to say about this company. No doubt in my mind will use Rafike and his team again in the future. Highly recommend.

GoogleMy experience of Greyfox was first class service from the moment Rafike showed my husband and I the house we wanted to buy to completion. Rafike is a genuine warm hearted friendly polite estate agent, with first class knowledge of selling/buying properties. I have never met anyone who gives 110% per cent through every step of the way, If you have any concerns or enquiries Rafike will always do hes very best to find out everything for you, be it if its been late evening, if he says he will do something for you he will, He never let us down, was always so supportive our No 1 Estate agent. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Rafike and if there was a award to go out to top estate agent 2018 it would 110% per cent be this amazing smart dashing gentlemen.

GoogleThe Greyfox team in Rainham were outstanding while helping us to find our new home. They were very patient with us and understood our restrictions on viewing availability due to having a young baby. Edward especially, who showed us around multiple properties, was brilliant. He had a real understanding of what we wanted in a property and was very honest about if he thought we should view something or not. We really felt that WE were just as important or more so than the sale to him which is refreshing these days. The house we actually purchased was listed elsewhere but we wished it had been with Greyfox as we really wanted to buy from them. I would have no problems recommending them to others and if indeed we did sell again, we would definitely be contacting them first as the service we received was second to none. Even after they knew they didn't unfortunately have the sale, they were still friendly and wished us luck. Amazing!

GoogleWhen my son left the flat which I had bought for him as a university student, I became an unwilling landlord, Being naive about the property market I made a few mistakes earlier on and decided to get some professional advice and support from Greyfox. Once I began working with them, everything changed, I learned how to see the flat as an asset and they guided me through every step of becoming a landlord, I kept the flat for nine years with them providing management oversight of the property which they did perfectly. Last year I decided to sell the flat with a sitting tenant and once again they guided me through this process perfectly. Everything felt like a very personal service (no robots or answer phones) and received a faultless service from whoever I spoke with in the company - I dealt mostly with Terry and Lucie who were both quick to respond, knowledgeable, and helpful. I felt as though they had my back covered I cannot recommend them highly enough for either letting management or property sale.

The manager and staff at the Rainham office followed up every single stages of our home buy process till we picked up the keys. They were always on the phone to us. Their information are extremely accurate. I can fully verge that the Rainham Staff do this "EA" Job not only as a career but also as if their life depends on it. Rafike Omar, the Manager is selfless, respectful, friendly and truthful. My first chat with him was a bit doubtful as I feared been a first time buyer would mean to most killer/flashy estate agents in quote " you will never find a house if you are picky, cos you don't have a choice". Whatever advise Greyfox offers you, if you ever consider using them, please' please' please accept it and trust them. I completed within 8 weeks. To the beautiful lady, Tes, thank you for your high spirit of patience on our behalf. To Edward, thank you for been available to me and always getting back with such immaculate answers. GoogleWe bought a house from this agency last year and were aware that the seller was a relative of someone in the agency but couldn't belive how much was concealed from us especially about the neighbours, when asked he brushed it under the carpet and later when we moved in we realised its someone disabled who doesn't even sleep at night and screams and shouts all night, if we knew there was no way we wouldnt have bought this house. Not even that, day 3 of moving in the roof started pouring when it rained because there was a massive hole by the valley which was totally covered up from the inside so the surveyor couldn't even see it. I would never use this agency again, just soo soo disappointing.

GoogleGrey Fox have been amazing from start to finish. All the staff we dealt with, Rafike, Tess and Edward have been stars throughout. We were purchasing a property via Grey Fox, and no question was too big or too small, especially being a first time buyer this whole process has been very new to us and whenever we hit a hurdle or didn't understand something, Rafike would take the time to help out. What particularly impressed me was when he would be ringing/emailing and sorting things out for us urgently despite having a day off work. We had a few issues our end with our solicitors causing a few delays, but Rafike helped me along the way, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. I would recommend Grey Fox, and when the time comes to move onto a bigger home in several years, he will be the person to help us with this. I cannot recommend them enough. So genuine, caring, helpful and welcoming. Looking forward to seeing the team in 2 weeks to pick up the keys to our first home!
