GoogleRecently bought a house through Greyfox, dealt with Esther who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. When our solicitors weren't being very helpful, Esther and the team were on hand to assist with any issues and sped up the process. If in the future we needed an estate agents we would definitely use Greyfox, can definitely recommend!

GoogleI cannot fault the service we received from the grey fox Rainham branch. They listened to our needs and met every single of them. Their after sales was also fantastic, keeping us updated about what was going on lower down the chain. I would not hesitate to recommend them and also use them again in the future. I would like to especially thank Esther the branch manager and Sarah the sales progressor for their advice, professionalism and support throughout the process.

GoogleWe used Greyfox to sell our house - we were undecided between them and another estate agent, but due to the knowledge from Chelsea of the local area, we went with Greyfox. We were initially surprised when Chelsea was not selling our house and Matt was, but that was not an issue, Matt was equally as knowledgeable, prompt, on time, kind and caring & actually got us £5k over the maximum asking price within 5 days of it going on the market. Matt kept us up to date, was extremely approachable and nothing was too much. We would 100% use them again to sell our house (hopefully not anytime soon) and would/have already recommended them. We cannot thank Matt enough for the way in which he constantly kept us updated and got the best possible outcome for us and our future. Onto Esther - WOW, Esther was impeccable from start to finish, just like Matt, Esther was there whenever we had a question, would often call to just check in and they both done everything possible to get exchange/completion happening as quick as possible. GoogleI can’t speak highly enough of Esther and the team at Greyfox. They recently dealt with the sale of my apartment in Gillingham. Not being local myself, made some of the enquiries raised by the buyer harder for me to deal with, but Greyfox consistently went above and beyond the call of duty in terms of what you’d expect from an estate agent. The whole process was dealt with promptly and professionally, and with a personal touch which is often missing nowadays.

GoogleWe decided to sell our house after 25 wonderful years but was time to move on. We had no idea who was best to sell with and found the process quite overwhelming so we obtained valuations from Grey Fox plus 2 other agents. Esther from Grey Fox really stood out and seemed to know how best to market our property and explained the process very clearly. She and Matt then arranged for photos and marketing plus an open day that led to multiple offers from potential buyers. They helped both us and buyers to short list and we finally agreed on who would purchase our home. All the team at Grey Fox are friendly, very professional and attentive to our needs as sellers and to buyers. They take great pictures of your home and get the process rolling quickly. We felt very comfortable with great communication and absolutely know we made the right decisions using Grey Fox. GoogleWe used the Rainham Greyfox branch to purchase our property in 2021. The property was marketed beautifully and the viewing appointment was very good with the agent having very good knowledge of the property answering all questions. Our initial offer wasn’t successful however due to the other buyer pulling out of the property a while later, we were contacted to see if we were still interested. Another viewing appointment was arranged very quickly and the offer was made and accepted within 24 hours. As a buyer, we really appreciated this thoughtfulness of Greyfox during what was a difficult housing market. This ensured we were able to buy our favourite property from our 3 month search!! The agents were very professional and provided reassurance and confidence in a typically stressful process. Their communication was brilliant and it was clear they had a good relationship with the seller. They worked really hard to ensure that both parties were looked after and were happy to talk through the progress and answer any questions no matter how silly they were. Lyndsey & Esther were particularly helpful and provided ample support throughout the process. We had complete confidence in their service and would highly recommend them.

GoogleWhen I first decided to sell my house I had no idea who to sell with and found the process quite overwhelming. Id had valuations from 2 other agents and couldnt decide who to go with. I thought id get a third valuation with greyfox, which I quickly cancelled as it seemed excessive to have 3 valuations! However upon cancelling, Ester soon changed my mind and persuaded me to have the valuation as they'd had such a great turnout selling my neighbours house. I'll be honest I thought I was wasting my time. HOWEVER, I was so wrong. I am so glad that Chelsey came to value the house when she did as I realised then that they were friendly, professional and attentive to our needs as sellers and buyers. Chelsey was quick to take pictures on the day of valuation and got the ball rolling really quickly for us. I felt I was able to communicate our needs well and was very comfortable with her. I then dealt with Matt who quickly arranged our viewings and our house sold very quickly. He kept me posted and continues to keep me up to date with what's going on. He's very approachable and easy to communicate with. It was then our turn to find our new home and Ester and Matt found us exactly what we were asking for, perfect location, size, potential and cost. We felt we had really been listened to. Overall I couldn't recommend them enough, they've been really approachable (even if I have emailed 24/7) professional yet friendly and I've felt really comfortable asking any questions that we have. Thanks Matt and the whole team at Rainham for your consistent hard work in helping us to sell and buy our new home.

GoogleI want to start be saying that the Greyfox Rainham (GF) team felt more like friends than estate agents by the end of all our transactions. We had quite a complex sale and purchase, and they truly went above and beyond to support both transactions. In particular Raf and Esther, used their experience and contacts to give much needed prompts to other estate agents and solicitors involved. During our move we also suffered a bereavement, which GF Rainham handled with care and compassion. We initially went with Purple Bricks (one price/ do your own viewings etc) and although they were cheaper, you truly get what you pay for. GF, with their experience and professionalism, are worth every penny and would use again with a doubt. We bought a house, had many bumps in the road (thanks to my legal team and estate agent selling my property) but the whole team at Greyfox were just amazing! Professional, approachable, responsive, calm and just what we needed through a stressful time. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Esther and Edward were my main contacts throughout, their communication was spot on, if they couldn't help me with something immediately then they made it their mission to help and always got back to me. Rafike we had more dealings with towards the end of the transaction and he kept us positive when we were losing all faith, he made us laugh and always kept us up to date with where things were at to ensure we were all on the same page, lovely guy who really cares and understands the stress when buying/selling. GoogleWe are so impressed with the professionalism and at the same time the approachability of all the staff there. They are extremely responsive, helpful and supportive. Our first buyer fell through and within a couple of hours Esther had arranged 4 viewings and more followed very promptly. Within 2 days- at the weekend - of the initial purchase falling through, 2 offers were secured. I really cannot speak highly enough of Raf and his team especially Edward and Esther. My move was a complicated one as it started before and finished after the covid 19 lockdown so that put a huge spanner in the works but through every step of the way Greyfox went the extra mile in every way. GoogleSold my house through Greyfox (Rainham), with the sale going through just as the lockdown was put in place. First valuation was very optimistic, but still sold the house in time and got a reasonable price in the end. Commission rate was reasonable with no upfront costs (already had a valid Energy Report thing). A couple of years ago I had the house on the market with Jackson’s who wanted a higher commission, charged a fee upfront, undervalued the house, then dropped the price without checking with me. Got lots of interest but no offers close to what I wanted. In contrast, Rafike came up will a full marketing plan at the valuation meeting and still didn’t do anything without making sure I was happy first. Rafike is a character, but always professional. Kept me sane when I wanted to chuck in the towel. Supporting cast are very helpful and professional too. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value
