Excellent service from all the team at Greyfox Rainham. We were suddenly faced with a probate sale following the unexpected death of my aunt and do not live locally. Esther and her team at Grey Fox in Rainham were amazing from the very start of our house sale. Esther was very professional but also friendly and very approachable, exactly what we needed to help us navigate through the house selling process as it was all new to us after 29 years in the same house. She kept us informed regularly as to the status of the sale and was able to advise us when we were unsure of what needed to happen next. Matthew took some great photos of our house which definitely helped to sell it on paper, but he also handled all the viewings and communicated brilliantly with us - never once letting us down. The experience selling a property with Greyfox Rainham was made into an extremely stressful and unpleasant experience. While purchasing and selling a property is never simple, Greyfox often intensified the difficulties along the way with their consistently incompetent actions, lies and awful communication, particularly Rafeeq and Ester who were unprofessional, rude and at times, dangerously provocative and antagonistic. I would strongly advise against selling a property with Greyfox in the Gillingham and Rainham areas.

The team were polite, friendly and helpful at all times, particularly on the moving day, when one of the parties in our chain found out that their solicitors had been affected by the latest cyber attack. Things were frenetic, and we did not want the chain to be broken.
