GoogleI contacted them to arrange a viewing, they responded promptly which was great. Unfortunately, i had to cancel the viewing and i asked to re-arrange to a different date/time. The lady i spoke to said they will call back the next day but they did not. So i called again and i was told that they would call me back before the end of the day. They did not call back i still have not heard from them. It has been weeks now. Quite disappointed with the service.

GoogleNic, very rude, and as an estate agents in general there’s no response to email enquiries about any properties, I’m now gutted when I see a good property with “your move” Radcliffe as I know it’s not even worth sending an enquiry. If I was a seller I would be frustrated at large sale fees when the agent is ignoring enquiries. I’ve emailed regarding one property 3 times and I was about to email a second time about another but gave up, hopefully I can knock on the door and speak to the seller instead on this one
