I've always been made aware of the sale status. The sale has proceeded with efficiency and any minor issues were promptly dealt with whilst I was kept up to date . Their high level of professionalism, experience and expertise stood out !! I've felt well supported during the daunting task of my first house sale.

GoogleA very big thank you to Rachel, Clare and Michael at Your Move Radcliffe. Having been on the market for 3 years and numerous different estate agents we had resigned ourselves to fact that we were not going to sell. That was till we met Rachel who instilled a lot of confidence in us and assured us that she could sell our property. We were all ready to go when COVID-19 hit us and we went into lockdown. Very panicked as I didnβt want the foot fall through the house at this very uncertain time Rachel was very understanding and everything was put on hold. Post lockdown still a little unsure but we went ahead with marketing the property after lots of reassurance of the COVID-19 safety measures they would be putting in place. Clare and Michael were very professional during the viewings and made sure all viewers adhered strictly to the rules of always wearing masks I felt completely safe and happy. I was kept informed throughout the viewings with feedback daily. The team was always on hand to answer any queries and we had quite a few laughs along the way. All in all a very pleasant experience and would recommend Your Move to anybody who maybe thinking of selling. Rachel carried out the valuation to my first property, her in-depth knowledge and professionalism demonstrated the high standards I was looking for.
This gave me the confidence & reassurance to put my second property on the market with them at the same time.
I sold both properties within 24-36 hours of them going live on various property websites.
I was then in the very patient hands of Michael & Claire.
Michaelβs communication goes above and beyond, both Michael and Claireβs approach and calm manner taking me through the step by step journey, weekly updates & on the legal aspects of selling both houses.
If Michael was taking annual leave, he informed me of this & informed me who would be handling my file in his absence... outstanding communication overall.
I firmly believe that this team at Your move in Radcliffe have provided me with a high quality of service and have made my journey of selling both properties hassle free for me.
They delivered on what they said from the beginning!
The knowledge & professionalism that they all demonstrate clearly displays there adherence to the code of conduct/practice ensuring high end quality customer service.

GoogleYesterday we received the keys to our lovely home and we were glad we had the help and assistance from Your Move, Claire Howard in particular.
The exchange process was quite lengthy due to the solicitors however Claire kept chasing everything up for us and kept contacting us to update us.
Also they were very friendly when it came to viewing the property, which we did 3 times.
