Guy was very professional from the start to the end of our journey. He went above & beyond in the help & support for my 91 year old mother, who was relocating to the Fylde Coast. Guy offered his services to assist my mother, in visiting her home to save her having to travel to the Your Move office in town. Guy also, through his experience & knowledge ensured that my mother got the best deal for the sale of her house. He was always available to answer any questions, no matter how trivial they were. We would highly recommend Your Move, Radcliffe Branch (especially Guy) to support & advise on selling your home. Thanxalot team.

Marcel has been looking after me in relation to my move. He has been extremely helpful and approachable from the start of the process. I had only rented once before so Marcel took the time to help me through the pre-renting process such as referencing. Since moving in, Marcel has worked extremely hard with me and the landlord to ensure my stay at the property is happy and comfortable. Selling our mum’s house after she passed away was a very emotional and difficult process for our family, but Myles and Guy made it so much easier for us. From the very beginning they were incredibly kind, patient, and empathetic, which meant a lot during such a hard time. When Myles first came to the house, he sat down with us and took the time to clearly explain everything, making sure we understood the process and what to expect. We never felt rushed or pressured, and his calm and thoughtful approach immediately put us at ease. Throughout the entire sale, both Myles and Guy kept us informed at every stage and were always available to answer questions or offer reassurance. I recently used YourMove Radcliffe to sell my mothers house after she passed away. From the very first phone call, Myles and Guy were amazing. It was a difficult time and they were the only estate agency that attended the property and sat down with me on the sofa which put me at ease. Little things like this can make a difference. It was a difficult sale due to Shared Ownership but Guy was amazing throughout, providing regular updates and being attentive to the entire process. I will definitely use them again in future! Couldn't recommend anymore.

As a first-time (and accidental) landlord, I initially tried renting out the property myself but found the process quite stressful, particularly when it came to tenant vetting and keeping up with new legislation. I spoke with Joanne (Accompanied Viewer), who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in explaining how everything would work if I decided to proceed with Your Move. She then introduced me to Myles, the branch manager, who immediately put me at ease. He was highly professional, approachable, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Marcel, the letting consultant, then took over and kept me well informed throughout, offering helpful advice whenever needed.
