FacebookStreets Ahead South Norwood were fantastic at selling my dads home. The house selling process was new to us and there were the implications of COVID. Phillip really helped us to understand each stage in the process which made my dad really feel at ease. Communication before every viewing was good, so he always knew when to expect people. We were never made to feel stupid no matter what the question. I never leave reviews but felt compelled to for Phillip and the South Norwood Branch. Thank you so much for your hard work and help!

FacebookWanted to say a big thank you to Libby for helping me get my perfect flat. I saw the advert in the evening and called up around 7pm. I was told someone would phone me tomorrow. Streets Ahead opened at 8.30am and at 8.31am I had a voicemail from Libby. I asked if I could view the property ASAP and she met me there a couple of hours later. Before the day had ended I’d paid my holding deposit and could relax that I’d got the flat I wanted. Again a big thank you to Libby for acting so quickly and professionally on my behalf and to the whole team at Streets Ahead.

He had been patient, understood what we were looking for, the communication was great, kept us updated with everything. The whole process was flawless. FacebookStreets Ahead were great to work with, from start to finish. We’d previously marketed our property with another agent who hadn’t had much success. Streets Ahead Purley were super keen to get us on their books, and once we’d signed up they quickly started getting people through the door. Having secured a buyer there were unfortunately legal issues with the chain below us, which delayed our sale. After nearly a year our buyer pulled out of the purchase; but the Streets Ahead team had been trying to progress the sale and then got straight back on it and were able to arrange a high number of viewings in a short time. This ‘open day’ resulted in a strong offer and second time round we exchanged / completed within eight weeks. Their fees were higher than the competition, but the extra cost was genuinely well worth it. Our previous agent told us that their ‘network of branches’ would all be working for us and trying to sell our property; but we saw no evidence of this. With Streets Ahead this really was the case, and it really did feel that the whole team was trying to sell our house. They seemed to work harder, certainly worked longer hours, and were great and drumming up support for our property and getting people through the door. Many thanks to the whole team (a few of whom have now left). Jason and Jo from the Purley branch were the team that finally got us over the line, and big, big thanks to Andrew our Sales Progressor who kept everything moving smoothly once the sale had been agreed. In addition to these guys, thanks to many of the other team members who we worked with, including Gemma, Lara, Jamie, Catherine, and Diana; who all played a key role in selling our house. Highly recommended. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

FacebookAfter a terrible experience with a different agent it is such a brilliant experience now with both Shakira and Emma, who alongside the reat of the team, couldnt have made our transition from one managment agent to another easier. The level of professionalism, knowledge and how they have accommodated us really can't be faulted and I cannot recommend enough. There are so many agents out there to chose from and we cannot stress enough after a bad experience how the choice to switch to Streets Ahead and have the help and professionalism directly from everyone in the conpany, especially Shakira and Emma has made such a difference to us and would recommend to anyone... thankyou!

Moving during a pandemic was not an easy task and George took the time out to really listen to what I wanted from a property and was very patient with me through my indecisiveness. Zeenat made the moving process seamlessly easy and replied to all my queries in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for a better team to facilitate my move. Thank you both

She gave us all the information about referencing and how we would go about making an offer on the property. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property and others in the area. She honestly was just really on it, organised and well prepared! She made it so easy to keep in contact and give us the info we needed. It was the best experience we have had with an estate agent! :D

FacebookMyself and my family have recently secured a new rental property through Streets Ahead. With everything going on with the current pandemic the team at Streets Ahead were really exceptional. We dealt with a few members of staff but mainly it was Charlie that assisted us most. His service was excellent and he was efficient and always followed through on what he said he would do. He was also a great help when it came to dealing with our existing landlord who was being very difficult. I would definitely recommend Charlie and the Streets Ahead team to anyone looking to buy or rent a property. ????

Rayaan was excellent and friendly, extremely positive and helpful in every way. Rayaan did everything that he said he would and me and my husband are really impressed with the dedication and speed of the service we received from him. It's fast and efficient and he was more than helpful in providing information, details and videos/virtual viewing of online adverts in this pandemic situation. Me and my husband are grateful to Rayaan for his patience and dedication. Thank you so much for everything.!!! Couldn’t recommend him enough and felt we were in completely safe hands.This probably speaks for itself..!!!!!

FacebookGemma Greasley has been our lettings person for not 1 but 2 properties and she is such a delight to work with! She has been very attentive to mine, my husband & families needs, during the COVID-19 it has been very stressful for us as we had to be abruptly moved out of our current rented home and we had to look for somewhere quick to move and Gemma made that happen! We are now looking forward to our new home to move in the next couple of weeks and relaxation with no stress with the easy transition. Thanks again Gemma your always so helpful & sweet! x

FacebookNatalie Sanders has been absolutely amazing in getting my property rented out. Natalie was quick, efficient and went out of her way to help - nothing was too much trouble. Despite Covid-19 a really lovely tenant was found thanks to Natalie's hard work and great judgement of character. I had a bad experience with a previous agent which was highlighted even more with Natalie's honesty, professionalism and dedication. She held my hand throughout the whole process and helped fix some paperwork issues too. I genuinely am beyond thankful to her on all fronts. Zeenat Malik - my Lettings Progressor was amazing, she helped me to get together all of my necessary documentation and quickly arranged the EPC certificate to name one item. Zeenat was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond and get back to me with any questions - all of which she had the answer too immediately. Again, nothing was too much trouble for Zeenat. To say I recommend Natalie and Zeenat at Streets Ahead is an understatement - I wouldn't use another agent ever again. Thank you x

FacebookI would like to thank Calum for his amazing support and help through a recent problem with my rental property. I rented my property to some tenants who did not pay rent, were very disruptive and smoked in my property which was let as a non smoking property. The tenants then disappeared, leaving others in the property who had no rights to be there. Calum has been very informative throughout, keeping me up to date with all contact made with the previous tenants and reports of property inspections. Calum was extremely professional on the night of the eviction and was very clear with the tenants and gave me complete support. This has been an extremely stressful period, from receiving no rent, to finding my property in a poor state and knowing the work that has had to be done to get it back to an acceptable standard for the rental market. I am grateful for Calum's support and professional approach to the situation I found myself in.

FacebookWe've used Street's Ahead twice to move house and both times they've been excellent. The stand out qualities in my view are the staff - in particular Jola and Mary Jane spring to mind... in an industry not known for its straight talk and honesty I found both these people a breath of fresh air, doing what they say they are going to do and when. When shopping around prior to choosing SA and mentioning my intentions to instruct them, their competition couldn't say a bad word about them which I think says a lot. The sales progressor model they use is very effective and keeps the chain moving forward. Mary Jane does this in a friendly way but you know she's on the ball chasing things before you have a chance to call her. Things going wrong when moving house is all part and parcel of it but for both moves I think how SA handled it when it happens reinforced that we made the right choice. We received honest advice and I felt they treated the potential buyers for our house ethically which was important to me as I'm not a fan of sneaky sales tactics. We are now happily in our new house no small part thanks to Jola and his team. wholeheartedly recommend

GoogleMy Experience with Natalie Sanders at the Streets Ahead Purley Branch was exceptional! I was on the market with 2 other Local High St Agents who were NOT pro active at all! I never knew when viewings were taking place nor received any feedback. My property was on the market for over 2 weeks and I was starting to feel very concerned however Natalie approached me and explained to me the benefits of using Streets Ahead, I instantly felt very warmed to her. After agreeing to use Streets Ahead I noticed a massive difference I was notified when viewings were taking place some days I received over 10 confirmation text messages and was always provided with feedback, 1 week in Natalie called me with an offer over the asking and we agreed to a lovely family which is just what we was looking for! the whole process was smooth and VERY professional! Although we didn’t find a home in the end through them, the level of service & profesionallism and was by far the best we’ve seen among many agents. Gemma has been behind the search and has continuously kept us in the loop, showing us some great properties. Comparing to any other agent we met, Gemma really showed she genuinely cared by seeing beyond the transaction & building a good relationship. We also met with Lara for a couple of properties, and she’s been just super helpful on all occasions. We highly recommend them!

GoogleFANTASTIC lettings team in Purley, I instructed Natalie to rent my property and she did an amazing job from taking my property on the market until my tenants moved in, (they are also brilliant tenants) ! Jodie was very informative through out the process and very helpful too! I have been a Landlord for many years and I have had very disappointing results from other high street agents I will definitely be transferring all my property's to Natalie and her team!
