GoogleThe team at Streets Ahead Purley branch were amazing! Jason was very honest and clear every step of the way. George is such an amazing asset to this company, always polite, prompt, and a very hard worker. The team kept people coming in until we secured a sale, I cannot fault them. FacebookThank you to Harry who was extremely proactive in finding us our new home! Despite an initial hiccup out of his control he continuously made sure to find us new options with a great sense of urgency. We weren’t able to physically see our new home during this pandemic until move in - which for us was a gamble we were willing to take due to our circumstances. However, it truly did pay off. We ended up in a beautiful home which was more than what we had expected.

GoogleNathan, Sam, and the whole team have been nothing short of spectacular. We had to deal with a lot of issues on a transaction that took nearly 9 months to complete, but they were always extremely supportive and helpful. Suffice to say, we would have never managed to buy our property without their help.

GoogleWe sold our property last year through streets ahead, just before exchange our buyer pulled out, we nearly gave up had it not been for Aidans persistence and encouragement we would not have carried on, he managed to sell our property in a few weeks and we still managed to buy our dream home. We can not recommended Aidan enough, he has worked so hard in keeping everything running smoothly he is patient kind and a credit to streets ahead

FacebookI have sincerely had an awesome experience with Streets Ahead from viewing the property in 2018 to moving and checking out in 2021. It’s just been exceptional. Alex was the person who carried out my viewing appointment. She was knew exactly what I was looking for in a flat which made it easy for me to accept on first viewing. Then not to talk of late Callum who was my property manager for the duration of 2 years. He was literally the best as he dealt with all of my queries promptly, professional and effectively. Even if the landlord didn’t want to adhere to his advice, he would still inform me. I could go on and on about Callum as he was a man of his word. He always had a story and solution for every problem, lol. When it was time for my and family to start looking for a new place, George got involved with searching for new places within the area. He was also exceptional as he would send me 3-4 properties with the space of 3 days and this was on a weekly basis. He also informed his colleagues to contact me if they had other properties in mind. He has great interpersonal skills and knows how to quickly identify the needs of a customer. Not to talk of Shakira who recently took over from Callum. Also another awesome staff who is also prompt and efficient in handling queries. No wonder you guys are growing and advancing so rapidly within the UK. Thanks for allowing my family and I to have had a wonderful experience. God bless you all richly. Thanks again Alex, late Callum, George and Shakira.

FacebookAbsolutely blown away by the stellar service of Gemma Greasley. We were relocating from the US, dealing with time differences, pets etc- and she made the entire process efficient and seemingly effortless. Moving is challenging but her lovely personality and resourcefulness shone through. She was the ONLY estate agent, who replied fast and contacted us via What's app additionally to e-mail- catching on that we were doing this remotely from the US. She sent a detailed walk- through-video- (with a REAL lens not a fish eye that distorts the dimensions), guided us through the forms and being an advocate when it came to finding something that was pet friendly. I have never met her in person- such are the times we live in, but I am touched by her kindness and efficiency and I would bear -hug her in a heartbeat. thank you!! we are so excited about our new home.
