Paul Mulligan - great estate agent!

Today the SOLD sign has appeared outside my flat! Paul has been transparent and incredibly quick to keep me updated and respond to emails/ messages throughout the sales process so far. It's almost as though he's hand-selected the perfect couple to purchase our flat.. As we're purchasing a new-build property that's nearly ready, time is of the essence and I know that Paul and his team have worked incredibly hard to ensure buyers were found quickly- we were under offer in less than 24 hours! The advice Paul has given us regarding solicitors has also been invaluable, ensuring that (fingers crossed!) the sale of our property will go through quickly. Thanks Paul - you're a legend!

Excellent support and service throughout what can be a difficult process! We were recommended to Mathew at Move Revolution by our mortgage advisor on the sale of our first home- a one bed flat in Haywards Heath and we were not disappointed. Move Revolution in general provides a service that we valued which offers long hours and weekends making it ideal for working people. Mathew and his team were always very responsive to any queries we had throughout the whole process. From the marketing of the property, which uses professional photography as standard (really lovely images!) and making organizing viewings a breeze (instead of going back and forth to organize a time they have a streamlined process but would change timings if it were an inconvenience to you) we had about 10 viewings the first week and accepted the offer that we aimed to get. Many high street estate agents will aim to cut costs by cramming in a bunch of appointments on an open day and provide a very junior agent to show properties which in our experience are unenthusiastic and often lack an in-depth knowledge about each property. Our experience with Move Revolution was very different and ensured that we had Mathew- a very experienced estate agent- show the property and able to answer potential buyers' questions about the specifics and the benefits of our flat. We found Move Revolution to also be very accommodating of potential buyers' schedules and flexible with booking viewings. Some estate agents will actually refuse to show a potential buyer a property unless you see their mortgage advisor and only then offer you a viewing as part of a mass Saturday appointment- we would have been appalled if any estate agent working for us actually turned away potential buyers but having now gone through two experiences purchasing a property we can say that indeed this is quite common! Mathew and his team worked tirelessly to liaise between our solicitors, the buyers solicitors, the estate agents who were managing our purchase and our sellers solicitors to iron out any issues that came up in the exchange of contracts (and if you have been through this process you know that issues will come up). It takes an invested and proactive team to actually push for answers and resolve issues as often the client is left in the dark not knowing what the hold up is! We would recommend Move Revolution to friends and family and anyone interested in buying or selling a property in West Sussex!

I have recently sold and bought through Paul and his team at Move Revolution. I had a number of valuations but was drawn to Move Revolution by their extended hours and promise of a personal, proactive approach. They exceeded my expectations and nothing was too much trouble throughout the process. My flat sold quickly and for a great price. Tom then introduced a property we hadn’t seen on the internet and sold us the benefits of how it would work for our soon to be growing family. Move Revolution super stylish photos, super smooth sale

We recently sold our property through Move Revolution in Croydon. From the very start the staff were friendly and very helpful. The photos were simply outstanding and really set off the marketing and made the most of the work we'd put in to get the house ready for sale. Very impressive. Ryan Milson was the agent who carried out most of our viewings and with his help we achieved a very good price in a very short time period. Can't rate Move Revolution highly enough!

We were having problems selling our property (several months) when Chester came along and suggested we gave Move Revolution a try. Excellent service, very professional

We were immediately put at ease by Move Revolution as soon as they came to value our property. Our first involvement was via Paul Mulligan who we found to be approachable, honest and open and we knew he would work with our best interests in mind. He clearly explained the processes and took our wishes on board whilst managing our expectations. We had no concerns following the valuation, after meeting Paul decided to put our house on the market with them. Once our house was on the market they were quick to organise viewings around our schedule. We were allocated two agents, Damian and Ewa, who we found were very approachable and professional and we knew they would put buyers immediately at ease when visiting. They always provided us with feedback and always had time for us whenever we called. When it came to a property offer Paul kept us fully updated with progress and as per our requirements negotiated the best sale price for us. I was introduced to Ryan to view to a property and was impressed straight away with his approachable and professional manner. He introduced himself and showed us where to park our car. I had an extremely stressful experience with Move Revolution during the sale process. Despite writing several emails to them, I received no reply and there was no sales coordinator to assist with our sale, despite their brochure stating that one would be available throughout the process. When I reached out to the director, he replied saying he was unwilling to handle my request. Additionally, I was promised a £600 reduction, but when the invoice arrived, it only reflected a reduction of £520. Nothing went smoothly during the sale, and I would not consider using this company again. Furthermore, I felt ignored when I reached out via email, and I was later threatened and blackmailed, being told that they would involve a debt collection agency if I did not pay an invoice within one day. This invoice was at the incorrect price, as I have screenshots of messages showing that I was promised a £600 reduction. It was an awful experience dealing with this company. I also have a business in the area, and multiple clients have reported appalling service as well. It seems that all Move Revolution cares about is the commission they want to receive. Throughout my dealings, I interacted with Paul Mulligan, Dan Harvey, Rosie, and several other colleagues at the branch.
