I am a first time buyer with no experience of the property market. I found Move Revolution online and arrange some viewings with Abigail. I found Abigail extremely friendly and supportive, she gave me very honest answers to my multiple questions and I felt comfortable trusting her with the process. No limp handshaking, shiny suited estate agents here!

Having spent plenty of time chasing estate agents asking to actually see properties during our search, I was running out of hope that I would ever meet someone who either replied to my call or listened to what I was actually looking for. Ryan was a dream from the start; no wet hand shake, not vague fussing of how much the property *might* be on sale for. It's quite possible we've met the only estate agent alive who doesn't wear a shiny suit!!!! Ryan showed us another property as well as the one we had called to view. Unlike many other agents who took us on a tour of practically everything in their books, the second one Ryan took us to was appropriate and gave us a good guide to what our budget and request list would get us in a different area. His contact is timely and not at all overbearing, whilst being professional and useful. He even puts up with our slightly off kilter chatter with a very good natured laugh. At this point in the sale, I would hightly reccomend him. Five gold stars.

Excellent service

I was introduced to Ryan to view to a property and was impressed straight away with his approachable and professional manner. He introduced himself and showed us where to park our car. During the viewing Ryan showed great knowledge of the property as well as the area and gave us a brilliant insight to local schools, shops and transport links. This review is intended to totally recommend Move Revolution for your property search. I had a chance to interact primarily with Ryan Wilson from Move Revolution and he was absolutely brilliant right from understanding my requirments from the home, location, constraints and priorities. I must have interacted for more than 15 agents during my extensive search, however ability of Ryan to understand my requirements from first time buyer and not just pushing every house in their inventory was one of the biggest reason for us to be able to finalise. Even after finalising the house up until completion, Ryan and other team members in Move Revolution were very responsive to my requirements pertaining to documentation and other formal activities like connecting me to right mortgage advisor etc. I would highly recommend reaching out to Move Revolution if you are serious about your searches. Left a bad taste

Really upset and disappointed by our experience buying through Move Revolution Crawley. It took two days for our offer to be passed to the seller at the beginning and we didn’t have any response or update for a week- we were chasing them and were about to offer on another property. Once the offer was accepted a sales progression person was assigned to us who contacted almost daily to ask when we would be exchanging- it felt quite aggressive and harassing, we asked on two occasions for the daily emails and calls to stop as there were delays due to Covid, lockdown and Christmas. This just felt unprofessional. We sent them the results from our survey highlighting lots of repairs to share with the seller- we then received an unedited emotional and rude email forwarded by the agent from the seller suggesting we find a new build property and threatening to put the property back on the market. This left a really bad taste and it took our solicitor a while to calm us down. This email never should have been seen by us especially with so many comparable properties on the market. This very nearly cost the agent and the seller this sale. Very stressful and disappointing experience, I wouldn’t recommend or use Move Revolution to buy or sell in future.
