Personal service and actually care.

We found “Move” to be a great agent that provided a personal service with caring staff.All of the staff treat you as a friend rather than just a number whilst professionally getting the job done.We had lots of bumps in the road with our sale but it was made a lot easier knowing that we had a great agent working for us.All members of staff were great under the guidance of Paul Mulligan but a special mention to Bethan Moss for getting our sale over the line and persisting with our buyers solicitor who were absolutely dreadful.(Don’t use cheap solicitors or sell to someone that is)

Outstanding from start to finish

Move Revolution were a dream for me the instant I made my sale enquiry. Today the SOLD sign has appeared outside my flat! Paul has been transparent and incredibly quick to keep me updated and respond to emails/ messages throughout the sales process so far. We recently sold our property through Move Revolution in Croydon. From the very start the staff were friendly and very helpful. The photos were simply outstanding and really set off the marketing and made the most of the work we'd put in to get the house ready for sale. Very impressive. Excellent service, very professional

We were immediately put at ease by Move Revolution as soon as they came to value our property. Our first involvement was via Paul Mulligan who we found to be approachable, honest and open and we knew he would work with our best interests in mind. He clearly explained the processes and took our wishes on board whilst managing our expectations. We had no concerns following the valuation, after meeting Paul decided to put our house on the market with them. Once our house was on the market they were quick to organise viewings around our schedule. We were allocated two agents, Damian and Ewa, who we found were very approachable and professional and we knew they would put buyers immediately at ease when visiting. They always provided us with feedback and always had time for us whenever we called. Outstanding and innovative

Choosing Move Revolution to sell our home has proved to be a refreshing experience from start to finish. They are totally focused on customer care, making sure that they can be contacted whenever you need them - late into the evening and over both days of the weekend (even though several rival estate agents swore blind that I'd "never be able to get hold of them") The photography for our sale was stunning! The photographer is employed by Move Revolution and so isn't paid per job - meaning that he could take his time to get the photographs just right. They attended and carried out every viewing professionally and gave me feedback within 24 hours. They sold our house twice over for a higher price than most other estate agents estimated. The first buyer, although desperate to buy, had a change in circumstance and so couldn't proceed. Move Revolution identified the problem quickly, remedied the issue swiftly and found us a new buyer in a quick enough time frame for us not to lose out on a house we had set our heart on - they did all of this in a market described as "post Brexit, post-election and financially shaky" by other agents (explaining their low estimates on an achievable sale price) If you want to make your life easier and avoid the usual lack lustre estate agent nonsense then definitely go with Move Revolution.
