We used Move Revolution after experiencing some wonderful service from Paul during the purchase of a property we bought last year. When we came to sell this property, Paul put us in contact with Daniel and both he and Ryan were very easy to deal with, helpful and courteous throughout our dealings with them. Previous dealings with estate agents have left us feeling under pressure to make the property available to view at short notice and that the agent was disinterested in us as soon as a buyer was found. This was absolutely not the case with Daniel and I really cannot recommend the service from him and Move Revolution highly enough.

Paul Mulligan is very personable and down to earth and was by no means pushy when advising us what decisions to make when marketing our property. We had a few hiccups along the way and at one point we decided not to sell after our buyer had pulled out. Things worked out in the end and we did eventually sell. If you are thinking of selling your home and trying to weigh up whether you save some money and go with an online agent or pay the money and go for a 'traditional' agent, it's very tempting to go with the cheaper option - selling/buying a new home is costly. It's also very stressful. So we decided that we wanted to go with an agent who we felt confident would sell our home for a fair price and make the process as smooth as possible. I'm glad to say Move achieved all of this and more. Great service

Ryan and Dan were extremely helpful throughout the process. They were particularly understanding as there were multiple delays. I appreciate this was frustrating for them as well as myself and the seller. I’m aware I was a pain needing access to the property for quotes I needed for work on the flat. Dan and Ryan were really accommodating on this in particular and generally are rounded nice guys. I’ve met a lot of estate agents in my time that fit the negative stereotype of a sleazy wheeler dealer estate agent, but Dan and Ryan certainly didn’t fit that mould! Excellent team !!!

We have just bought two bed in Sutton. The team from Move Revolution was very helpful !!! When I come for the viewing at the very beginning there was no agent at the place. I called the agency to ask if there is someone coming to show me the flat, but I was told that there was an error and my viewing was not confirmed. However Daniel Pinckney was very kind and He came in 15 min to show me the flat. Thank You so much Dan one more time for Your effort! Othewise I think the flat would not belong to us now. During process also Sue was super hepful. She was chasing up my solicitors who were very slow to speed up the process. It was very important for us as our tanancy contract was coming to the end and there was no time to lose. Thank You so much Sue as well for your help. And finally We received the key from Ryan. Amazing service. Far better than any other agents.

We sold and bought through Move Revolution. We were struggling to sell our flat and after being on the market for nearly a year and three failed offers, Move Revolution managed to sell it within a week! Honestly speaking, they provided a superb service. It was an end to end top class experience. They offer a sales progression service which was amazing. Sue was on the case chasing parties involved as and when necessary to speed up the process. Paul and Ryan was always contactable even after the sale was agreed and they were always up-to-date with information. All in all, we felt it was a personalised, tailored service they provided us. Can’t fault them with anything. In order to sell our property we dealt with 5 different agencies and hands down Move Revolution were the best.

We were initially impressed by Move Revolution when viewing properties with them. We then viewed the perfect property, but our agent (who I won’t name on here) had failed to sell our home and as such we lost the property we loved. When it came back onto the market, Ross at Move Revolution phoned us immediately. We agreed for them to take on our property also. What followed was service and professionalism exponentially better than other agents we had used. Ross managed to sell our property where others had failed to do so which meant an offer was accepted on the property we wanted. Unfortunately for reasons outside of MRs control that sale fell through. Ross phoned us whilst we were away, told us not to panic and he managed to sell our property once more within two weeks. Purchase still on also. Ross managed some challenging periods leading up to exchange with absolute professionalism and was always available for a phone call. We cannot thank Ross, Matthew and the team at Move Revolution enough. We couldn’t fault them and would recommend Move Revolution to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home.

Sellers best to just avoid. As a prospective buyer I have been put off viewing multiple houses due to the extremely pushy and outdated sales tactics of their company, in particular Ryan. Please choose another estate agent to sell your property as these agents do not attempt to learn even the basics of your property such as if boiler is combi or not. They regularly arrange viewings on top of one another to create a fake sense of popularity, which in reality just puts potential buyers off from viewing the property properly.

No limp handshaking, shiny suited estate agents here!

Having spent plenty of time chasing estate agents asking to actually see properties during our search, I was running out of hope that I would ever meet someone who either replied to my call or listened to what I was actually looking for. Ryan was a dream from the start; no wet hand shake, not vague fussing of how much the property *might* be on sale for. It's quite possible we've met the only estate agent alive who doesn't wear a shiny suit!!!! Ryan showed us another property as well as the one we had called to view. Unlike many other agents who took us on a tour of practically everything in their books, the second one Ryan took us to was appropriate and gave us a good guide to what our budget and request list would get us in a different area. His contact is timely and not at all overbearing, whilst being professional and useful. He even puts up with our slightly off kilter chatter with a very good natured laugh.
