I am a first time buyer with no experience of the property market. I found Move Revolution online and arrange some viewings with Abigail. I found Abigail extremely friendly and supportive, she gave me very honest answers to my multiple questions and I felt comfortable trusting her with the process. Since finding the property I was looking for, Ryan has been my main point of contact for all queries, updates etc relating to the purchase of the property. Ryan put me in touch with Move Revolution recommended Solicitor and Mortgage Advisor which made the overall experience even smoother. I have now exchanged on my first property and looking to complete this March. I am very thankful to the Move Revolution team for all of their support!

I am so happy we came across Move Revolution and so lucky to have found our house through them. Buying a house is quite a stressful process especially when you have deal with unprofessional solicitors. But Move Revolution (Abigail and Bethan) have been there for us all the time. We found “Move” to be a great agent that provided a personal service with caring staff.All of the staff treat you as a friend rather than just a number whilst professionally getting the job done.We had lots of bumps in the road with our sale but it was made a lot easier knowing that we had a great agent working for us.All members of staff were great under the guidance of Paul Mulligan but a special mention to Bethan Moss for getting our sale over the line and persisting with our buyers solicitor who were absolutely dreadful.(Don’t use cheap solicitors or sell to someone that is)

I have to say from start to finish Louise and her team were amazing. Louise gave us an honest valuation range of what price that we should accept in the market place and her strategy worked perfectly. I have worked in the industry for around 15 years and I can honestly say that Move Revolution will go above and beyond what your perception of an estate agent is. I was constantly updated and never had to chase. I was always spoken to in a polite and courteous manner and I achieved more than I thought that i was going to sell the house for. I also have to thank Sue for getting the sale to the point of exchange. Sue didn't have the easiest of tasks with this sale but always approached every situation in a professional manner and even though it was longer than we all thought it was going to happen . The sale finally exchanged and completed on the same day. I would recommend Move Revolution to anyone that is selling in the Redhill, Reigate and surrounding areas. I can’t recommend Move Revolution enough, they have worked tirelessly to find us our dream home over the last 2 years and when we lost our buyers several times they had our house back on the market immediately and back to back viewings within a day of it going on with offers each time by the next day, they have been amazing and so professional throughout the whole process. The photographs they took of the property were fantastic. They also take the time to get to know you as people and exactly what you like and don’t like. Paul, Holly and Ross were so encouraging and there for us every step of the way when we thought we might loose our dream home too. Our experience of Move Revolution was mixed . Yes,they sold our house but had huge problems with their communication skills . On one occasion as there was no way to communicate with Purley office , rang main Redhill office to discuss a problem. Unfortunately there was no one free to talk ,asked for call back . This never occurred. Even asked to speak in person to CEO . He never responded. Regarding the actual procedure of the sale up to exchange and completion , feedback and information given was minimal and we had to regularly chase . But when we did exchange someone rang to congratulate us , but why didn't you help ease the process with calls before this time. Disappointed by your ability to support and communicate with your clients .
