GoogleIncredible estate agent. We mostly dealt with Richard who is the best agent ever. His knowledge and experience of agency in Surrey is second to none, without him we would not have survived the stresses of moving house. Henshaws is how all estate agents should be, super professional and very personable. We recommend them to anyway selling in this corner of world. What a fantastic experience thanks to Richard and Andrew.

GoogleI recently sold a house in Coulsdon and Dan and Abigail were fantastic from start to finish. Their service was excellent with frequent updates and I could always contact them quickly if needed. They found a strong buyer and were proactive with the legal side to enable the sale to go through very quickly. I will definitely recommend them!

GoogleWe recently bought a house through Move revolution and had a good experience with Ryan. Ryan showed us the property several times. He was very approachable. He was not very pushy and wanted us to take our time as it meant we ended up with the right house instead of it just being another sale for him. While handing the keys he mentioned he was just a call away if something was needed post the purchase.

FacebookWhat a team! Mathew, Lizzie and the team have been absolutely amazing through a very difficult sale. They are very knowledgable about the market, area and process of selling houses, and keep you informed and at ease through what can be the most stressful thing to do. Their can do attitude makes nothing an issue, it is most refreshing and we can not recommend them enough. We bought our home through move revolution 5 years ago, and then sold the house through them. Unfortunately we have moved away from the area, otherwise I would only ever use them to sell again. If there was an option to give more than 5 stars we would, thank you Mathew, Lizzy and all the team, you are all amazing!

GoogleIt’s been a while since we dealt with this agency and never wanted to share our negative experience because we are not a bad people, especially my husband, however just please do not trust any verbal agreements! Make sure you have everything written down because these people do not care about tenants but landlords and will make you invest and lose money! We are happy we moved on as peace of mind is sometimes more important than money but don’t let them take advantage of you!

They were down to earth and professional. Their communication was excellent, providing us weekly updates and really quick to respond to any enquiries we had. We have just successfully finished exchange to move into our new First Build Home, with the helping hand of Ryan (Agent), Bethan (Admin) & Abigail (Agent) Holli (Admin) and everyone from Move Revolution. The patience, quality of the homes, show homes, service, help packs, videos, and all the house visits they let us see was more than enough to convert. They work with quality developers so you know the homes are well built. They even helped us with the solicitors, financial advisors and everything you need to start and finish the process swiftly. We saw our home with Ryan in November and now moving in on Feb!!! My wife and I are super happy. Everything is spot on. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for either a New Build, Gov scheme, or more... Thank you Ryan and Team! You are amazing!

GoogleI have been so impressed from start to finish with level of service, professionalism and care that I have received from Dan and his team at Move Revolution. My intial thoughts of Dan were that he was nothing like the typical "estate agenty" estate agents.......he knew his stuff, the local area and impressed me without the hard sell. Once listed, the house was booked in for photography which I was also extremely happy with and their photographer took the time to take some more interesting," lifestyle" shots of my house, which looked stunning. A week later I had a number of viewings booked in and agreed an offer from a lovely, recently married couple who were looking for their first home together. I'm pleased to say we've just exchanged and I'm looking forward to moving this Friday but sad to go too. If you're looking for that personal service without the normal agent BS then look no further Dan's your man! Also, a big thank you to Abigail who helped look after dog and the new kitten while the buyers looked around the house....she's definitely the pet whisperer.
