GoogleOnly dealings I've had are to request viewings. Guess what, not had 1 single reply. EVER. Still looking for a place though so do the right thing Homebuyers and sort me out.
We can see several responses to you regarding viewings but we agree that you have not been successful in any application for a property. HomeBuyers do not make the final decision as to who to rent to that decision is always the landlords.

GoogleThis agency is not aware and don't control standard procedures. They hire poor subcontractors (mostly-not all of them are bad), ignore serious H&S issues. Not tenants friendly at all! And not landlords friendly either at the same time.

GoogleDon't bother waiting for them to get in touch with any updates. You have to peer into your magical crystal ball to find out when you didn't get the house you applied for (aka seeing it gone from rightmove)

Mr Whitehill has tried to sell his property without success with several agents prior to instructing HomeBuyers Property Services (HPS). … More

GoogleAnother agent found very difficult and nasty tenants and homebuyers took over the management of the property dealt with them properly and then made a successfull claim for the cleaning that was required after they left. We now have wonderful tenants and a wonderful agent!!! Thank you
