Michael Graham couldnt even be bothered to come to the phone when we rang them with a new listing, when we asked to speak to an agent, we were told 'give us your address, we ll send you some terms and conditions over' by a person answering the phone. They must have so much business they dont need any more

GoogleWe have recently gone through a fairly torrid time with a move, firstly losing out on one property and needing to flip to another but also being involved in what turned about to be a long and tricky chain. All with lockdown providing a significantly tricky back drop for a transaction. Steve Tillyer in the Princes Risborough office and Rob Fitzjohn in the Bedford office were both equally excellent. Their professionalism and willingness to work hard and go above and beyond were large reasons our move actually happened. In this case I was not even their client and they still showed a remarkable level of service! Steve and Rob are a credit to the company, which I would strongly recommend to anyone considering buying or selling a home in the Bucks/Beds areas.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI rang to ask about getting a new valuation for my home and some general advice following a valuation by this agent 2 years ago. The man I spoke to said he would ring me back later that morning. 8 days later - no phone call! If they can’t ring me when they stand to make money from selling my house and presumably they want houses to sell, then I can’t trust them to be proactive in any way. Very disappointing.

GoogleWe viewed a few properties with Michael Graham and it has always been a very pleasant experience. They are helpful and professional, yet not "pushy", and their knowledge of the local area is invaluable. They have been superb at understanding our (many) needs and requirements and have that personal touch that makes you feel more than just a potential business opportunity. They only reason for not giving 5 stars is because we feel some of the staff could be a little bit more knowledgeable about the properties they show. On the whole we have a very positive view of this this estate agency, which we would recommend without hesitation.

GoogleAfter an initial attempt at selling last autumn we tried Michael Graham and are so glad we did. They were a pleasure to deal with and marketed our property very effectively and we soon had a good offer after half a dozen excellent, qualified viewings. They didn’t just leave us to our own devices after the offer but provided help and advice all the way through to completion. Perhaps more importantly, they built a good relationship with our buyers and looked after them properly too. Paul, Steve, Brenda and Jane in the Risborough office are a very effective team and give the lie to the popular, rather negative, view of estate agents. Thank you

GoogleSteve Tillyer from Michael Graham was extremely helpful in trying to find us a property in the area. He quickly grasped what our requirements were, communicated well and ensured we got informed of any properties coming up on the market. Although the house we found was not via this agent, I would definitely consider them to sell my property, as they actively market properties to prospective buyers before the properties go live on Rightmove and other online selling sites.
