I can’t praise Jack and Riley enough at Princes Risborough. I’ve just exchanged on my second house sale through them and wouldn’t use any other estate agent . Jack has gone above and beyond to get the sale through , working until late at night and dealing with a difficult bottom of the chain . I chose Bonners and Babington because I like to use local independent businesses and I had seen a lot of their boards around the area so knew they were established in the area. Simon initially valued the property and he clearly knew his market. I was impressed by the energy and drive which other agents sometimes lack. The viewings were well organised and put together where possible and a big shout out to Riley Bonner who was superb in listening to the detail I gave her about my house that I hoped would sell it (and it did) and then in relaying that to viewers. She sold my house at full asking price within a few weeks! She was a real pleasure to deal with, polite, focussed and also had the energy and drive to do the best she could for me. We picked up the keys to our new home at the end of September having viewed the property back in February. Without Dale’s consistent efforts and numerous phone calls, I doubt that with the long delay plus the uncertainty over the way the market was heading - due to being ordered inside in March - that the chain would have held together. We have dealt with numerous estate agents over time but have never dealt with a team who, as a whole, are as professional, knowledgable and friendly. Dale upon our first meeting was honest in regard to the market situation and was realistic in valuation. Jacks photographs were great and showed the property in a very good light, without photo shop, and Millie was extremely friendly and helpful, as was Jack, when they conducted viewings. A number of potential buyers doing viewings spoke of the friendliness of the team at Bonners and Babbington which was good for us to hear. A huge thanks to Simon Bonner and his team for doing such an excellent job at selling our property and managing the conveyancing process. From a good valuation to handling the endless communications during the conveyancing process, their approach was always professional and responsive. They are very knowledgeable about the local area and market (a big plus for us is that many in the team actually live in the area) and were able to sell our property in no time. We had a few unexpected delays and uncertainties in the run up to the exchange of contracts and Simon went out of his way to keep us informed and manage anxieties on all sides. It wasn't always plain sail but they made the whole process as smooth as it can be. These guys are one of a kind and we highly recommend them as probably the best estate agents in the area.
