Bonners and Babingtons reviews

Thank you Ella, Jack, Simon and the team for working with us so effectively to help us sell our father's home. The communication both prior to and following viewings was speedy and clear and being done via email meant all of us were updated quickly and easily. Your knowledge of the local area resulted in a good understanding of market value and we were impressed with how quickly you found not only one but two interested parties within a few weeks of the house going on the market. This is impressive as the current market is a real challenge. Wish we hadn't wasted 4 months with the first agent who we only went with because they are "global and a household name". I highly recommend B and B in Princes Risborough.

I have never before been inspired to rave about an estate agent until I have had the pleasure to interact with Rachel from B&B. I can honestly say without a doubt that Rachel is THE best estate agent I have ever dealt with. So on top of things and was the most knowledgeable and proactive (more so than I thought possible) the conductor of the entire sale and purchase ensuring everything went according to plan. Thank you thank you thank you. Would highly highly recommend.

From the minute my daughter and I attended Bonners and Babingtons estate agents I was very impressed. Other agents in the area had been a bit snooty and one had lied about the collapse of my attempted purchase. So it was very refreshing to deal with Ella at Bonners, she was polite, interested and professional. Dealing with even the smallest enquiry as though it was as important to her as it was to us. Thanks to Ella my family has now moved into a wonderful home. I don't plan on moving but if the need ever arose again I will only deal with Bonners.

Brilliant estate agency who go the extra mile and more. Friendly team, great photography, a street view style walk through and a narrated video starring Jack! Viewings well organised and house under offer in a week, excellent advice all the way through and always available, you really couldnt ask for more. Thank you, Jack, Riley and Dale, you were all amazing!

So glad we chose Bonners & Babbingtons. Dales valuation, Simon & Millie's photographs and Jacks eye for detail made the end to end process relatively painless. We felt the whole team were working for us and nothing was too difficult. I must make special mention of Jack who most definitely went above and beyond to keep the cogs and wheels turning. It was a pleasure to have an Estate Agents working for us who were genuinely interested not only in making a sale but achieving the right result for us and doing this is in a transparent and honest way. Well done team and a big thank you from us.PositiveProfessionalism

Absolutely brilliant, I seriously can only say good about my experience. Jack was so professional, and when there was a problem with my house he spent loads of time sorting it out. This was the first time I moved in 25 years and he helped me so much. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Patronising customer service - avoid!

Inquired about a house, instantly met with the stereotype used car sales / mobile phone sales attitude estate agents have a reputation for, not lacking here that is for sure.

Thank you to Jack, Ella, Simon and the rest of the team. The solicitors on both sides were very slow and uncommunicatative and the team at B&B kept our purchase moving and probably would of fallen through without them. During staff holiday, Simon (Director) helped to drive our purchase forward and to cross the line which was really appreciated . Thanks all!

We have recently both brought and sold a property through Bonners and Babingtons and have been delighted with their professional and personal service. They spoke to us after every viewing giving us honest feed back. Both Ella and Jack were great at keeping in touch and they always responded whenever we needed advise. We would certainly recommend their wonderful service.

A massive thank you to Simon Bonner and his team for providing a very professional service from start to finish. Valuation was spot on, photos were excellent, great communication and the whole team were a pleasure to deal with. Simon honestly couldn’t have done any more. Undoubtedly “the best” in Princes Risborough. Highly recommended.

From when I contacted B&B Dale and Jack were attentive, practical, and easy to deal with. They provided a good sounding board as I prepped the house for sale, and didnt rush me to accept an offer. They also took adequate precautions during the various C-19 restrictions. Thanks guys!
