Absolutely awful experience with Normie Estate Agents. The man who works there was unbelievably rude, completely unprofessional and dismissive from start to finish. I’ve never encountered such terrible customer service. Instead of being helpful or polite, he made the whole experience unpleasant and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend Normie to anyone, there are plenty of other agents who actually treat people with respect. Avoid this place at all costs.

GoogleApplied to view man of their properties months ago and not heard anything back, when ringing them to chase this is they said they won’t do viewings until they have enough people interested to do a group viewing. I’ve been trying to rent with them since January and gotten no whereas they just haven’t been doing viewings on any of the properties I’ve enquired about. I have managed to do one viewing and it was horrible as a group viewing, it felt like I was having to fight against others to try and please the estate agent so that I could take it and not be homeless. I even explained to an estate agent that I have no family to support me once my tenancy ends due to my father recently passing so I am basically begging them for a place to live and still it has been months and nothing. The properties I wanted to view are all still up for rent so I don’t understand why I can’t even view them (some have been available since February and I applied to view as soon as they came up). I have given up with any hopes of renting from this estate agent.

Just having a glass of wine in my new garden, which Normies made possible. They got a great price for my home in just 13 days. From the outset, Natalie showed that she really understood my house and the local market. They didn't get the photos perfect first time, but knew they didn't all do the house justice and asked to come back unprompted to make sure they were 100% right. The agents who accompanied viewings largely left feedback, which was informative and Nicole kept us well informed though the post sale process. Worth every penny of their fee and best in the business for Prestwich and Whitefield.
