GoogleWorst agents I've ever had to deal with. Rude as hell with hostile tones to communication, lacking any sense of Customer Service and they make you feel like you're always wrong and will judge you. Avoid!!

Normie acted as the agent for the house we purchased in Whitefield. Right from the initial viewing to completion, myself and my partner have had a fantastic experience with Normie. Nicole the sales progression was absolutely on-it, when it came to chasing our (pretty poor) solicitors and was always incredibly helpful, quick to respond and understanding throughout. We also got a lovely framed picture showing our viewing, contract exchange and completion date from them when we came to collect keys. Thank you to the entire team for making a stressful experience, much less traumatic!
