GoogleDo not appear to reply to messages and emails: as clear a sign to avoid as I need. In addition, their website advertises properties that are somehow not available to view... very frustrating. Their response to my first review is simply bewildering. I strongly get the impression that this agency never takes responsibility for errors.

The Normie & Co. team was devastated to receive your review. Naturally we immediately set out to investigate where the team had gone wrong and as importantly, how we can improve. We have searched our email server including, Junk and Deleted Folders, as well as searching Rightmove, Zoopla, and OTM email leads. On top of that we have searched and listened to our telephone call recording facility but unfortunately could not find any trace of you. We realise this isn’t satisfactory and we don’t want to stop there. You are clearly as passionate about customer service as we are and so would politely ask if you could give me a call so I can learn where we went wrong, change our processes where necessary and apologise to you personally. I've just completed my purchase with Normie helped along at every stage by Nigel who couldn't have done more. When I initially spoke to him to talk through the type of property I was interested in, he promised me he would keep me in mind when something came up and he did just that! Although I am not looking to sell anytime soon I wouldn't hesitate in calling Nigel and would recommend him to friends and family, particularly in the Unsworth/Sunnybank area - there really is no one more knowledgeable.

We have been tenants with normie and co now for 8 years. We have recently moved address and had to deal with other agency’s normie is exceptional in how they deal with you. Any issues were dealt with most of the time the same day. Never to busy to have a chat and discuss what the issue is regardless of how many times you call. David and Diana are a credit to there Lettings department. I will miss having them on the other side of the phone. Thank you for the past 8 years

I had no plans to become a landlord, but I inherited a property, and had no way to manage it myself, as I was living abroad and travelling for work. Normie has provided me with turnkey service on this property, taking care of the tenant, maintenance and repairs, any and all paperwork, and have done a great job at handling a client who was in difficulty, to everyone's satisfaction. I have found them to be unwaveringly kind, thoughtful and competent, and great at keeping in touch, which is almost entirely by via email these days. I can't say that I love being a landlord, but Normie makes it painless.
