FacebookWe met Matthew when viewing houses and were immediately impressed by his enthusiasm and professionalism. When our house failed to sell with another agent, we turned to Lancastrian Estates. Matthew was great at keeping us informed throughout the process and was able to sell our house in a matter of weeks. We then ended up in a long and complicated chain. It was very stressful but Kerry was a fantastic support. She was always available for advice and really helped to organise things so we could move very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

FacebookLancastrian estates not only sold our house but found us a new one as well. Matthew was fantastic. He advised us at all times from selling to buying from day 1 till the day we moved. The team also kept us updated with a phone call every week even when there were no updates. This was always a friendly call and not a business call. They even offered advise on other areas of the process which they didn’t manage. This just added to the personal feeling we had throughout the whole process. Moving is suppose to be one of the most stressful things but Matthew and the team made it seamless. They have since sold my brothers and a friends house. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

FacebookBeing lucky enough to be gifted a Facebook competition voucher we were slightly nervous that we might not have as good as service as a average customer. But boy we're we wrong. We were pleasantly surprised with the informative, friendly, reliable and caring service we received. First time selling a property so we were clueless and expecting the process to be disjointed like any other tasks these days. But this was not the case and we got talked through every stage of the sale. Debs was fabulous. She kept us up to date with everything as it happened with regular friendly phone calls. She made a real difference by showing interest in our lives outside of the sale, which made us feel our needs as a young family we're being taken into consideration. Thank you Debs. I would highly recommend Lancastrian Estates to any family or friends.

All staff are really friendly and courteous and very supportive in helping us to secure our dream home. Both Howard and Kerrie at the Lancaster office were really professional and responded to every call and email and assisted in chasing solicitors for updates.
