GoogleI really commend Jonathan Grundy for the amazing job he did. He helped my family to secure a lease within three days of initial contact, the same property we were unable to secure with a different agency. He interceded for us with the landlord and followed it up personally and kept updating us on progress. Jonathan Grundy and Farrell Hayworth were really amazing. Thanks.

After seeing a video of the property my partner and I instantly knew it was for us and jumped at the opportunity to view the property in person that very same day. Within a few hours the application process had started and has run seamlessly throughout. The contract and inspection reports have been very well done and the team have been very efficient at answering our questions. Jonathan and Mandy have been great throughout the process. Since we came to contact the staff went above and beyond to help us specially Taylor. We are so grateful and thankful for all their help and chasing on behalf of us. GoogleCon estate agent gave the house to another buyer even after my offer had been excepted and I had instructed solicitors paid for a survey and searches, because someone offered more 3 months later. They like to push the prices up creating a bidding war making thousands on peoples miseries. Lied to me time and time again. Stay clear.

From the expert valuation and photography of Richard, to the sales negotiation and regular contact from Nicola and her colleagues, we had a great response and numerous offers culminating in agreeing a sale in 13 days. We used the recommended conveyancing team recommended by Farrell Heyworth and we are pleased to say that we completed the sale recently. GoogleI have never encountered service as relaxed as that offered by the Lettings division of Farrell Hayworth (FH). I rarely leave reviews online but was so disappointed by the time FH took dealing with my tenancy application that I wish to warn others who may need an application dealt with quickly: I paid an £150 fee for a reference check on the 15th August, and only now just signed a tenancy agreement to begin the 9th November (nearly 3 months). It took 2 weeks for FH to even send me the application form. Over the course of the tenancy application I had to call them on average 2-3 times a week for updates. They were very polite on the phone (would love to share a pint with Stuart), but they lack any sense of urgency and rarely call back on request (perhaps a fifth of my calls were returned). Please note that their agency fee is non-refundable.
