Had an appointment booked for 11:30 Friday as were looking to sell & we were looking to get the property valued, received a call 10:30 the day of the booking with some excuse about another Entwistle Green office boking the appointment wrong, after checking the reviews on Trustpilot I feel like I've had a lucky escape

I’ve had my property let through the Lettings Team at Entwistle Green in Blackburn for almost 5 years. Sherry, Tracy & Donna have been brilliant - they answer calls and emails promptly and they have always given honest feedback on my property and any updates required. Any issues have been quickly addressed and resolved - and what is an added bonus is they’re really a great team to deal with.

So refreshing to deal with enthusiastic knowledgeable staff. Rachael was fantastic on the phone and left a great first impression. Poppy came to do the valuation and was really took time to discuss everything and again had the knowledge and was prepared fully. They put themselves out for viewings etc where others estate agents make little effort to accommodate a date a time you need. I will 100% be using these girls. Brilliant 👏

He explained things well in a manner that was understandable, as mortgages are completely new to me due to being a first time buyer. I was really impressed with the service and help I received from Entwistle Green Lettings. I was struggling to find a house and Emma Dyson was so helpful and friendly.She made the process so much easier and was always by the phone and returned my calls the same day, I was kept updated with information and felt like she would help as much as she could. I had not received the time and help with any other agent like I did with Entwistle Green. I would highly recommend 👌

GoogleMartin is a very patience person. He will listen to your requirements and will short list the houses as per your Wishlist. Also, will arrange viewing timings, will find out details requested and timely follow up till you get your dream house. Definitely I will recommend Martin if you are in house hunt.

They have really looked after us and coached us through the entire process. From the outset we had dealings with Denise and Hannah. Hannah was of particular support through the purchase process and also a tricky scenario associated with my mum's property. Needless to say, start to finish we completed in just under 8 weeks and its all thanks to you. So thank you once again, and we will certainly come back for any future remortgages / sales / purchases. GoogleEntwistle Green quickly sold our Fulwood property and from start to finish they were kind courteous professionals making a stressful situation (at times) much calmer. Appointments were handled professionally, they did the viewing, arranging these by phone and confirming by text and email. All members at the office I encountered answered all questions promptly and offered extra advice. In particular, Denise was a welcome and calm voice at the end of the phone and was in touch regularly through the process. Even quickly coming to the rescue the day before the move when getting locked out of the house. This is our second housesale in fulwood and first time using Entwistle Green, if looking for a stress-free house sale I would certainly recommend.

I arrived in Warrington in January knowing nobody in the city. Searching a flat online did not help a lot. Walking by entwistle green i decided to enter and ask for more info! Luckily Mrs Dora Seimeni was there who was more than helpful. After she showed me some flats in the city, indecided to review one. Dora could not be more helpful really, she explained everything thoroughly and helped me understand how the bills work, how to accommodate etc. being totally new in the country knowing nothing, i m thankful that i found her. Entwistle Green as well was immediately next to me when something needed to be fixed in my flat! 5 stars, can’t recommend enough both the agency and my agent Dora.

Me and my wife traveled over an hour to view a house, when we arrived the agent lied and said he had sent her a voicemail stating that he had not recieved keys and that the viewing was off, nobody called her phone and they couldnt care less about their customers.. extremely unprofessional

Awful experience would not use again. I dealt with Gary Trappe at the Burnley branch. He valued our property for £15,000 more than it was sold for at auction where we had felt pressured to sell. Apart from the initial contact to sign the contract I never heard from him again even though he had been kept in the loop via email communication with the suction company - I am sold. It was particularly misleading and deceptive as we had signed a contract less than a month ago with him and there had been no mention of the valuation price changing and certainly not by that much. Either the valuation price had deliberately been set high to entice us or they hadn’t pushed the sale. We ended up making a loss of £15,000 using them and their auction company. They care about getting their fees paid and they really don’t care to make you the maximum from the sale. To that end they do the bare minimum. I would not use again because they don’t consider your best interest only their own.

The services provided by the staff at Entwistle Green in Morecambe are outstanding and exceptional. I am very delighted and happy about my experience. Staff members work as a team and are very experienced, honest, respectful and effective and just great at what they do. I cannot thank them enough for their service and help. Shaun, Emma, Janice,Emilia,Bryn and Cerys are fantastic. I will always be grateful for their help and support and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. I have a house and I finally achieved one of my life goals. I thank them for it because they deserve it.

My experience was very poor when using them for selling property via Flyp. They did not respond promptly to the buyers when their colleague was on leave and no one covered that colleague's work/monitored the email. The deal was nearly fell through because of it!

Our landlord works with Entwistle Green and, to be clear, we have no issue with the landlord himself. He was very fair, confirmed from the beginning that we had left the property in excellent condition, and approved the full return of our deposit.

Absolutely shocking company to sell your house with, never keep you in the loop about your house and you have to constantly ring them for updates, tell you there’s nothing they can do to help boost your homes selling, and charged over £5,000 to sell the house as they don’t let you come out the contract as they put in the clause if you cancel and the house sells within 12 weeks they will still charge the £5,400 fee, disgusting company.

If i could give minus 1 star i would, especially for the business in saint Anne’s, very prejudiced and judgy, i am a wealthy man and when inquiring about a property to rent to the snotty woman in charge of rental properties she immediately told me all properties are not available, such a horrible character trait to have.
