Me and my partner were looking for an apartment and were fortunate to find chancellors. Mr. Hazem was extremely kind and helpful. he guided us through out the process, showed us the apartment, and explained everything clearly. We were able to find apartment within a single day.

From a landlord perspective, absolutely terrible. They picked contractors to do work which went wrong (plumbing leaks damaging my property). I replaced a shower and then a year later they told me it needed replacing again (no pushback to the contractor on my behalf). After a tenancy they started showing people round and only weeks later and having been advised to lower the rent did I discover the property had been left in a terrible state (they should have advised my after the first viewing). They also advised a tenant to change the locks (without informing me!) so at the end of the tenancy when I returned arriving late I couldn't enter and had to sleep in the car.

Luke is a lovely young man, very knowledgeable and came prepared with a couple of issues to the property with certificates, quotes and also answered every question. There was no sense of urgency to rush the viewing. It would be great if all agents were like Luke.

I cannot fault Maria; she virtually held my hand through the entire sale process and was a shoulder to lean on when it felt that we were never going to get there! GoogleI recently enquired about a bungalow in Brecon which is on the market. Peter Morris very kindly arranged an appointment for myself and my husband to view the property and showed us around it. He was so friendly and kind and knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful. He texted me prior to the appointment and I also spoke to him about our situation. He listened and was interested in what I had to say. I cannot tell you how wonderful that was, to actually have someone who listens and doesn’t constantly interrupt. The frustrating experience of dealing with a tenant who hadn’t paid rent for 4 months and an accounting team who hadn’t chased the debt, contacted the guarantor or provided an account statement during the period. I was most frustrated when calling the area office. However, Rebecca answered my call and listened to my issues, heard my frustration and took the time to agree a course of action. Not only did she accurately outline the situation, advise what steps she would take to gather the information and committed to contacting me with updates. To be called back with an update was most refreshing and unusual having previously left more than 5 messages for a manager and not receiving a call back.

GooglePeter has been a joy to work with over the last few months with the sale of my deceased mother's property. Most valuable to me has been his consistent communication; weekly catch ups, proactive suggestions on how to achieve a sale and feedback from viewings. Despite a very complicated situation on the seller's side, Jamie guided us through the entire process with utmost professionalism. His responsiveness was exceptional; he was always available to answer our calls and messages, calm our anxieties, and signpost the next steps to keep things moving swiftly. We felt fully heard and completely safe in the hands of an expert who values due diligence. We are now happily moved in and highly commend Jamie's work.
