GoogleI've been having only a positive experience with the lettings team so far. Alfie was great and made the whole process of my move to a shared house as smooth as possible. He kept calling and informing me about the different stages of my application. There were literally no issues with my application. I think that the whole process took less than 2 weeks and I had the keys to my room. Alfie did a great job and I can definitely recommend this estate agency.

GoogleI cannot thank Jamie, Daren and all the office staff for their professionalism and help with a very challenging sale. Having previously engaged the services of another local Estate Agents who’s efforts were, I would politely say, less than adequate at best, dealing with Mann and Co was a breath of fresh air. I cannot recommend them enough and the five star rating is more than earned and deserved. From start to finish each step has been dealt with in a professional and knowledgeable way, their experience in the local housing market is exemplary, which without, I would imagine our property would still have a ‘For Sale’ sign outside. I can’t thank them or recommend them highly enough. If you are looking to sell, or buy, these are the people you should be talking to. Once again Jamie, Daren and the team in your office, a big thank you!

GoogleWe really fell on our feet when we chose Jamie and his team to sell our house. The tenacity of the negotiating team supported by an enthusiastic Manager has proved to be a winning combination. Having had absolutely no success over several months with another agent we switched to Mann & Co. who had been eager to take on the sale of our property. A special mention to Lee who has been outstanding the whole way through and has gone over and beyond.
