GoogleWe recently had the misfortune of purchasing a property that was being sold through Leaders, Portsmouth. Others had commented to us that they are the worst estate agent and we have found no reason to disagree. Their administrative fiasco (I won't call it a process) seems designed to frustrate sales; their so-called move manager would not even respond to our emails or phone calls and twice we had to make formal complaints to head office to get any response whatsoever, but whilst management placated us with words, we're not convinced they actually did anything to progress the sale and certainly nothing to address our issues, whilst they consistently failed to manage their uncommunicative, vacillating, bad client, turning this already traumatic purchase into a pure nightmare. At the end, we were handed the keys to the property with curtness bordering on rudeness as though (and I'm sure this is the case) they wanted nothing more to do with us. Possibly the worst customer care I have ever encountered in my entire life, I will certainly avoid them in future.

GoogleLeaders have been providing a fully managed service on my rental property in Portsmouth for several years. I cannot fault them. The property management team are friendly and efficient and provide a reliable and excellent service. Sales and Marketing also bend over backwards to help, and provide any assistance where they can. Most recently with a valuation and market reviews, they went the extra mile. Try the best, and you can forget the rest.
