We found ourselves having to move out of our rented house due to the owner wanting to sell up. After countless viewings with other estate agents and being rudely ignored we found a house in Copnor that would suit our family, the open house had already been done 2 days prior but we phoned to ask if we could still have a viewing and spoke to Abbie in the Portsmouth Branch, who was amazing! she listened to our plight without judgement, phoned the owner and within 2 hours we got to see the house with the owner present and got the ok a day later and started the formal process. Abbie was GREAT she explained all the stages and the time frames and really helped push for a positive outcome for us, she didn't treat us like a number or a faceless chore, she made us feel that finding us a home was important to her and that we mattered.

Originally I dealt with Maddison who was extremely helpful. All staff including Nicola, Emily and Julie were equally efficient with all of them letting me know what was happening at each stage. I had a breakdown of each viewing and any questions were answered promptly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for selling my house again.

Heidi at Cubitt & West in Ashington has been an absolute diamond! It has been a long and painful road to buy a property, but flat number 4 was meant to be obviously (other properties with different agents)! Also, I must thank James, their financial advisor for his excellent work, he’s made me realise my full purchase potential and never had a silly question been a problem for him.Honestly don’t think I’d be anywhere near to completion without Heidi and James! I don’t have enough words to thank them properly.

I have just moved into a shared house in Portsmouth and wanted to note how grateful I was for Abbie at Cubitt and West. She went above and beyond throughout the whole process to ensure I was supported (I wasn’t originally sold on the idea of a shared property) but she was a great aid in going through all my options and budget. She even came round when I couldn’t work the lock on the first day (!!) and has always been a very calm, kind and happy figure. I can’t speak highly enough of Abbie and these estate agents - I would recommend them to anyone. They fully put you and your needs first unlike other estate agents who say they are but really they’re doing it solely for their benefit! Thank you Abbie :)

I decided to go with Cubit and West, due to the sales pitch by Claire Mansell which was very impressive. Once I had prepared the house for sale, photographs and a video tour were taken and sent to their Data base of potential buyers, the house was immediately viewed and an offer excepted before the house went live on their web-site, Zoopla or Rightmove.I was kept up to date on the progress of the sale at every step of the way, mainly by Cailean Burns, he normally answered the phone and was always happy to answer my questions and queries.They are also dealing with the sale of my girlfriends house sale and once again Cailean has been the main point of contact and has been happy to chase any questions and issues on that sale too.I was very happy with the whole process.

Abbie and Marcus have been absolutely marvellous throughout. We initially enquired about a property and unfortunately, we didn't get it, however, Abbie understood our current situation with not having long left on our current tenancy and needed something to suit us both. Abbie rang and had offered me a cancellation slot at a property after Marcus had mentioned myself and my friend, and this property if anything was much more suited to our needs. Not even 24 hours later Abbie then rang to say we had been successful!Abbie guided us the whole way through the process, she is nothing short of absolutely fantastic, a wonderful cheery nature who obviously knows what she is doing, and now thanks to her we have an agreement and we have a new property. Abbie is an exception to the Estate Agents and truthfully we could both not be happier. Thank you, Marcus and Abbie!

For the past six months They have been trying to sell my property with Cubitt and West I can’t praise them enough! The team in Horley is absolutely outstanding… from their communication style to the level of professionalism is spot on. I have been dealing with Ellie, Siobhan, and Ben, who are so understanding about your time limitations, routine etc…. As the property I own, has its quirks, I had to rely on their diligence and devotion to be able to find the right person for it. ! Which happened! Late last year we put my mums property on the market with Cubitt and West (Southsea) as we had used them before and were very happy with them. With prompt attention it was on the market by Christmas and early in the New year we had an offer! sadly the buyer pulled out 6 weeks later, but the property was promptly back on the market and soon we had another offer which is progressing well. Kristine Capule, especially, listened to my requirements carefully when I put my property on the market, and she managed to secure a buyer extremely quickly. She was also spot on to suggest properties that I might be interested in, which helped me to find a new property I wanted to buy quickly too. Kristine is extremely professional, courteous and she is a careful listener and has the expertise to get you fast to the next step when it comes to selling and buying property.
