I recently split with my partner and was in dire need of finding a place to rent. I enquired through Cubitt & West to view a property.Dan met me at the property and showed me around in a very calm and professional manner. He could sense the property wasn’t quite right for me so went about asking what I was looking for.Dan was not pushy like most agents and true to his word, he sent me over a few more properties to consider.Sadly, I found a property elsewhere that was better suited. That said, I would not hesitate for a second contacting Dan in the future if my circumstance changes.In a world whereby everyone is treated like a pound sign, Dan has an old school appreciation whereby the clients needs are priority.Thank you Dan

Portsmouth staff friendly and excellent customer service!

I purchased my property through Cubitt and West. Zoey McGovern and Jasmine Goddard were very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable in my search for a property but the shining star of the Portsmouth, North End branch is Julie Bramble. It was Julie’s expertise and persistence that got this over the line, chasing all parts of the chain, always with a smile and always reassuring us all. I will wholeheartedly recommend Cubitt and West to anyone looking to sell their property, and should I ever dare to go through this process again they will have my custom.

We honestly can't recommend Emily enough! Finding a new home can be incredibly stressful, but Emily made the whole process feel so much smoother and genuinely enjoyable. We sold our house through Cubitt & West recently. We were really well supported through the process by Julie (Bramble), the Senior Sales Processor. Julie was empathetic and encouraging when things weren't going well, helping to put a perspective on things. Julie was always willing to get answers when we expressed concern. we are so pleased we choose cubitt and west to sell our house and purchased our new property,Richard and his team were so helpful all the way through, they returned our calls promptly and were always on hand if we had a problem. Richard went the extra mile for us both with our sale and purchase it wasn’t unusual for him to ring late in evening and also at weekends, Jordan was very friendly and polite showing us round our new home,As for Lisa poor girl I gave her some grief on the phone as ours wasn’t an easy sale and she always returned my calls and was so helpful.I will miss ringing them in the future as I hope this is my last move, if I do move I will certainly be calling them again.

I have been working with Zoey and the team now to find a house and as the market is difficult it is a breath of fresh air to work with a person that really understands what we are looking for. We have recently given Zoey our exact requirements, so that she only calls us when they have something that is worth viewing, rather than being bombarded with properties that we don't want to see, houses that are just not suitable or even in the right area. We are certain that they will secure us a house to buy soon and if not, then the service that Zoey has provided (with humour!) will be hard to beat. Thanks team.

Thank You Julie Bramble, We finally!!

We agreed to purchase our new venture through Cubbitt and west, North end branch. Staff have been amazing, starting off with Michael Sinnott, he was brilliant from first call to agreeing a price. Then we got introduced to this wonder lady call Julie Bramble, senior sales Progressor. She is one amazing person to begin with. Our sales got delayed due to requiring lease extension done. However that didn’t put us off from buying, Julie always made sure we were updated in every steps and always reassured that sales would go through. She has been absolutely brilliant from day one. There was multiple times when Solicitors from both side didn’t communicate adequately and things got delayed but Julie made sure those issues were resolved. We just can’t thank her enough. Overall Its been a great experience, I highly recommend Cubbit and west Portsmouth if you are buying or selling. They have some brilliant people like Julie Bramble to make sure your sales progress to completion without hassle. 10/10

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Cailean and Brendan. From the initial visit they were so friendly and polite, always professional and full of advice and support. I really enjoyed working with them. When they found a buyer for my property they were always on hand for the buyer and myself to answer any queries. The only thing I’ve found better than the accommodation is the team at Cubitt and West!
