GoogleLinda Edwards and Kasey Paffett from Cubitt & West (North End branch) found tenants for one of my rental houses on the same day that they got the keys from me. They managed to achieve what I would consider a high rent for the property. I was overjoyed. When I had a small issue with a tenant and a change was needed to our agreement they dealt with it perfectly and at no extra cost. They are both easy to reach, friendly and extremely competent at what they do. I have since recommended that my mum should have them find tenants for her rental properties and I would highly recommend them to any Home Owners/Investors who are looking for a fantastic service. Two of the Cubitt and West team have been extremely helpful , Zoey McGovern was great when showing prospective buyers our house during the lockdown. Julie Bramble deserves a special mention as she has been absolutely brilliant in helping us to co-ordinate the move and keeping all parties in the chain informed and pushing to ensure everything came together.

GoogleHorrendous from start to finish. Took two weeks just to put the for sale sign up with little explanation. Was told Zoey would be our account manager and she didn't do any of the viewings. Little movement on the property with a lot of these viewings done with people who had no intention of purchasing. Gave notice to leave them and 4 weeks later they're still trying to market the property despite acknowledging my email! Couldn't organise a pint in a brewery

GoogleThe worst agency ever. Lack of communication between them and wit clients. Only for themselves and their pockets. Are liers. Smiling to your face and when you are going thinking are serious people, discover that are liar and cheat. Seriously, dont ever tried to rent from ther. I meet people who told me I shouldn't sign contract with them. I have friends who are in the same situation. 🙁🙁🙁. Very good, polite and cheating when you don't expect.
