What a fantastic team!

I just want to say what an absolute pleasure it has been using Cubitt and West again. When we decided to sell, we went straight to Richard because he had been so lovely with our previous sale, and we were not disappointed. He demonstrated his thourough knowledge of his clients by suggesting a buyer straight away that he knew was looking for a similar property. Everyone we know have been astonished at how quickly we were able to sell.He has always been so friendly and approachable throughout the selling process as have all the Staff at Cubitt and West. Everyone that I've had the pleasure to deal with has been very lovely and very efficient. We will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know.

Buyers beware

Buyers beware . 19 Cardinals Drive Nytimber pagham. Property has serious defects to the roof and extension. Cubitt and West openly admitted to putting back on the market and hoped that buyers would not want a survey .

Ciaran Street at Cubitt & West has been absolutely amazing and gone above and beyond to get my property sorted for a new tenant, I can't thank him enough. After moving from another agent who was pretty lacklustre this has been a breath of fresh air. thank you Ciaran 😊

Helpful and supportive

Whilst the purchase of the property I was buying took a long time, Cubitt and West were helpful and supportive every step of the way. Huge shout out to Julie Bramble who regularly emailed with support and updates where others involved in the purchase perhaps weren't.

Cubitt and West Southsea - Julie Bramble

We have finally achieved completion after 6 months of having our offer accepted. We were first-time buyers and our mortgage offer was due to expire on the date of completion. Julie Bramble has kept us updated and shown the utmost professionalism while dealing with our case. We truly believe that without Julie we wouldn't have our dream house. Thank you!

Mo and Julie have been superb in getting my sale over the line in a long and laborious process. Only the persistence of Julie in particular resulted in a successful sale. I thoroughly recommend her and the whole staff at Cubitt & West North End. Thank you so much.

Great stress free service

We are currently selling our property through the Southsea branch. We can not fault the service we have received from Maddison and Claire. They have gone out of their way to work with us - not an easy task with the complexities of having an animal family and an elderly Mother! They have listened to us throughout the process and have really made what could have been an extremely stressful time, painless and hassle free.

Excellent service from all the team

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service I have received from Maddison, Robin, Emma and Nicola. The team are supportive and efficient and kept me up to date throughout the process of selling and buying a property. My property was sold in a matter of days and, a few weeks' later, Cubitt and West found my perfect property. Thank you very much.

Sale of Estate Property

Thankfully the sale of the property was very straightforward, and few queries arose, but when they did Julie Bramble was quick off the mark to resolve them

Cubbitt & West have recently let my Flat and separately manage a retail property for me in Hampshire. Marcus Farrow and Amy Flinders have given me excellent market advice, secured a letting of my flat property and quickly responding to queries. They have both taken personal responsibility for ensuring the letting completed without delay and on the best possible terms. As a chartered surveyor, I find their approach very reassuring and I will certainly use them again.Ed Mileham BSc (Hons) MRICS

Hello

Hello , I bought a home with Cubitt&west Littlehampton and I have to say very helpful and professional all the way through to the sale. I brought a problem to the office 4 months after I bought the property and they helped me to resolve the issue so thank you the team of Cubitt&west Littlehampton and James Sinnott that called to resolve the issue.

Southsea Portsmouth Branch

Really good service from the team at the Southsea office, through a couple of false starts with sales they have kept me informed of progression of the sale process really well. The effects of Julie, the sales progressor, in keeping the sale on track and being that common sense link between the two sets of solicitors has been excellent.
