C&W's Cranleigh branch have sold my house for me. Dealing with Kerry-Ann, Claire and the rest of the team has been great from the word Go, making you feel that you're in safe hands. They're always happy to answer your questions and put your mind at ease. They appear to have a bit of drive that some of the local competitors seem to be lacking.

GoogleThis was an extremely stressful period due to my work situation taking me away from home. What made it better though was the help of Marcus and Amy who were always on hand to guide us through the process! They were very professional. Special shout out to Dan also as he helped with an very urgent query on a Saturday morning and was able to put our minds at ease.

I can’t recommend Cranleigh Cubitt and west enough. Putting our house on the market just before a pandemic wasn’t what we had planned, but the team at Cranleigh branch was so helpful and provided us with regular updates. Kerry-anne went above and beyond to answer any questions I had or worries, even if this was out of office hours. The whole team are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Would recommend Cubitt & West Portsmouth. They helped us with rental; explained what was going on and what was happening from start to finish. Marcus helped us with our evaluation regarding renting and Becky kept us informed on what the next steps were and what was happening with the renting process. Julie Bramble was exceptional in the handling of Mum's sale of her flat. When things got too much and we didn't understand what was being asked of us, Julie called and reassured us, also emailing us to let us know what was happening at every step. Its a shame the process isn't a little quicker, but now Mum is moved in, and we can look back, Julie made it a pleasurable experience.
