Pulborough Cubitt and west amazing!! After selling my house within 24 hours, I was very stressed trying to find a house and looking at about 30/40 houses! One person in particular Kirsty the sales manager! It was almost impossible to get viewings around myself and my partners shift work! Very fast at emailing back and answering even the most stupid of questions without problem! And she done in without any hesitation! She’s amazing and the staff had been amazing, she almost took the stress out of it all, and she found us our dream home! Amazing customer service and efficiency at the cubitt & west branch in Pulborough!!

Andy and the team from Cubitt &West Portsmouth have been brilliant. They got my house on the market within a week and with absolutely fabulous photos. One open day with 13 viewers and three offers. Sold above asking price. Money aside, it’s not often I am impressed with the level of service I receive. Fully informed and involved all the way and I felt well cared for. Selling a house is really stressful but knowing that the team were working hard behind the scenes made it better. They are really knowledgeable and really passionate about what they do and it shows. From start to finish, Rebecca Hull has been communicative, efficient, knowledgable and given superb service. The original viewing was excellently presented and Rebecca's advice to speak to James Wrigley proved invaluable to securing the property.It was due to his expertise I was able to borrow the money I needed to be able to afford the property.After having the offer accepted, I have felt Rebecca has done everything in her power to push things along and I am very grateful to her for such professionalism.I could not have completed with her tenacity and knowledge helping me along the way. Super experience from start to finish

We recently purchased a flat marketed by this estate agent, they were very professional and made the whole experience positive. From the first point of contact we made to organise a viewing through to exchange, it has been remarkably smooth. This was down to the staff being efficient and following up on things. They kept us in touch throughout which I appreciated. Compared to a previous experience with a property sale this was different class. Ebba, Jasmine and Karen were particularly helpful but overall, it felt like a well oiled machine! If we ever sell our new property they will be my first port of call.

You Get What You Pay For

I really have a lot to thank Andrew at Cubbitt and West in Portsmouth for. I was really unsure about downsizing but after talking to him and lots of reassurance, I've ended up with the home of my dreams. This will be our second move and it has been a far more pleasant experience with cuit and west. Our sales progressor Karen Fogarty has been so supportive and helpful and always been there when we need her and very efficient at sorting out any problems we've encountered. All the staff at our local branch have been very helpful and we've mainly delt with Angela Brett who has also been very efficient and helpful and has always made us feel confident that we are in good hands. It's been a long process as we've needed to get our lease extension before our sale. We recently purchased two houses, one from Cubitt & West and one from another estate agency. My experience with Cubitt & West was a cut above the rest and a very different level of service. They were attentive, friendly and professional; I couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Through the whole process, Mo and Julie made sure I was happy with everything and helped enormously with communications between myself and the vendor. This experience has highlighted to me how important it is to find the right estate agent that’s not only attentive to the vendor but also prospective buyers to make the process a smooth transaction for both parties. On the day of completion, we happened to be away. Mo from Cubitt & West was kind enough to collect the keys and inspect the property for us. He also followed up with photos and arranged for his rental department to advertise the property. Marcus and Abbie phoned, clearly explained the process offering very competitive rates. Within four days, they found a great tenant. I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone’s exceptional customer services and hard work. I would highly recommend Cubitt & West for anyone looking to buy, sell or rent their property.

Outstanding, personable service

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the team at Cubitt and West (both Portsmouth and Southsea branches), particularly Zoe, for their OUTSTANDING customer service. Although I’ve only been speaking to Zoe for a week, she was personable, knowledgeable and an expert in her field. Her customer service was EXCEPTIONAL, with even beginning a conversation by asking how my hair was (as that was the last conversation we had). She knew exactly what houses I would like to see, was incredibly flexible and timely with her approach and had I not found this house, I know she would have found the one for me. Special thanks should also go to Becky, especially yesterday when Zoe and I kept missing each other. A great service and lovely staff!

I contacted Cubitt and West Southsea and spoke to Claire when we were having no luck what so ever finding a property and kept missing out on everything before even getting the opportunity to view. She arranged for us to have an appointment with the mortgage advisor they work alongside so we could be prioritised as "hot buyers". Other than for the sake of getting on the hot buyers list, I didn't think we needed this service but I'm so grateful Claire recommended it as Wayne the mortgage advisor has turned out to be so helpful that we have decided to continue with him over our initial advisor. Claire went out of her way to ensure we got early viewings on suitable properties and has just generally been lovely, sincere and reassuring. I have been so impressed with the service Cubitt and West offered and would have liked to buy with them but in the end the right property came up elsewhere. Would highly recommend them for fantastic service and staff that come across as trustworthy and personable.Thanks for all the help!
