From my experience Woods are an extremely professional company and offer an extremely professional service. I would like to thank both Joe and Emily for their incredible experience and hard work in securing my rental apartment, in quick time once it got going! Both Joe and Emily kept me informed at every step and made the process stress free. Both have a warm and friendly nature and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to rent a property. What a phenomenal asset Chloe is to Woods Estate Agents. Having moved abroad from Portishead a number of years ago we have decided to buy a new build back in Portishead, in the meantime we need somewhere to base ourselves quickly. Every property that I enquired about renting, with every estate agent in and around Portishead, had already been taken and I found myself at my wits end thinking that this was going to be virtually impossible to organise long distance from overseas, until we spoke to Chloe, not only extremely professional in her approach and mannerism but Chloe went above and beyond in finding us a property that met our criteria. I had every confidence in Chloe from that moment on because of her friendly and professional approach, it was as if she had waved a magic wand and the property was secured, leaving me nothing to stress about. Chloe was able to sort everything out for us within days, keeping me posted instantly the moment there was any progress with the rental property. Having bought and sold property worldwide it is very rare that I have come across anyone like Chloe. Woods have just taken care of the sale of my probate property, at the start of the process I had the pleasure of meeting Krystina who came along with view to rental, she was amazing down to earth, normal and non pushy. I instantly took a liking to her and her kindness at a very difficult time. Unfortunately we were unable to proceed to rental however based on the service received from Krystina I decided to appoint woods to market the flat. The property was marketed very well, and a buyer was found very quickly. The service from Tim and team has always been professional, responsive and supportive especially when things were on the go slow with solicitors, Tim stepped in to help sort things quickly and efficiently. I did met other agents in the local Portishead area however the initial meeting with Kystina by far outshone the others, and the same goes for Tim. Today after some time I have finally completed. I cannot recommend Tim and Krystina enough if you are looking to buy, sell or let Woods Portishead is highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The team at Woods are the best I have dealt with whilst looking for a rental property in Portishead. Emily was the first person I spoke to in the team and kept in contact with me every couple of weeks and offered some valuable advice in an "off the chart" rental market on ways and options on how I could secure a property, when not being local to the area. Emily was amazing, reassuring and a thoroughly nice person to deal with. I then had the delight to speak to Kristina who was just the tonic I needed after securing a property with another agent (who, well one person in particular, had the most abismal customer service) for the LL to pull out due to a change in their circumstances. Kristina offered some much needed kindness and humour after an awful 48 hours. My luck was in as they had just received an opportunity that I went for (remembering Emily's advice). I then had the joy of dealing with Chloe who was nothing but patient and also reassuring whilst going through checks and the tenancy until I moved in, where my journey went full circle and back to the lovely Emily to hand me the keys! Thanks to Beth too who I also spoke too! If you want professionalism, kindness, customer service that treat people like people, then go to Woods. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Ladies. I liaised with two estate agents at Woods when looking for a property. My experience was a bit mixed at times earlier in the process. However, I've rated 4 stars as Britanny remembered me when this property came back on the market, so I was able to snap it up after losing out before. Both Brittany and Tim were helpful in getting what ended up being a challenging purchase (from the legal end) over the line. Tim was particularly supportive when I fell sick too. Thanks both!

Our experience with Emily has been great. Emily showed myself and my wife around a property which we really liked the look of, whilst looking around I was able to have all of my questions answered that I asked.at first we didn’t get the property but a few days later we had a call to say it was available if we would like to go ahead to which we agreed. Throughout this Emily has helped us a lot with constant emails and call updates about everything we needed to know answered all my questions that I had asked and also while we have had a bit of a delay getting our referencing done, so helpful every step of the way. Thanks Tim and Kristina. It’s unlikely I could have picked a worse time to try and sell my apartment over the Brixit, Covid and the cladding issue period. Kristina sorted out a rental with great tenants while sales were quiet and when they picked up, Tim found a buyer.
