Reeds Rains has been looking after my property for almost 15 years now. Although I live far away from home, I was kept updated as much as possible, quick responses every time, given advice with anything I needed. They have been very efficient, caring and prompt in all aspects....routine inspection, finding tenants and dealing with emergencies. Bottom line is: Brilliant service professional, friendly and trustworthy.

They got me an asking price above the guide and above my expectations. Reeds Rains Chester le Street have given me fantastic service. I have remortgaged through their financial advisor Rachael Bolam and she was professional, knowledgeable and made the whole process easy while saving me money to boot. They are also currently marketing my property for sale, the photos are superb as are the staff on the office who are really proactive and good at keeping us updated. Would recommend them to friends and family without a doubt.

Awful! Turned up to view the property, couldn't gain access. No one from the company got back about rebooking. Now told the property is under offer so there's no point in viewing it. An absolute joke of customer service. Do not use! H.F.Garratt

Hi Fay,We apologise for your cancelled viewing. This was due to a contractor changing the locks and supplying us with incorrect keys. The house did receive an offer but as we explained on the phone, this is a repossession sale, so you were still able to reschedule the viewing and possibly place an offer yourself.
