GoogleWe viewed a 4 bedroom property in Havant. The estate agent was poorly prepared, had little or no knowledge about the property and could not answer the majority of questions that we posed regarding obvious visible defects, EPC or installation dates of the boiler / windows. We submitted an offer on the property but have had no communication from Fenwick's. We were both very disappointed by this unprofessional conduct and will not be engaging with them in the future.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleFew days ago, I made an offer for a property advertised at Paxton road which I was buying for my Investment portfolio . My initial offer was 8% lower than asking price but estate agent was very rude to my offer and gave me a lecture about “good will” if I don’t match the asking price which i feel is very poor customer service .I was willing to increase my offer at some point but after such behavior NO way! So I cancelled further viewing with this Estate agent when she advised if you don’t put the right offer on your next viewing, you wasting yours and vendors time. So I would recommend others buyers or sellers to be prepared for “good will” lecture when using there services and specially when you don’t match or agree to their asking price .NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleMy first experience with Fenwicks came when I was looking for a new property and they were facilitating the viewings. Dean, the agent I met on numerous occasions, was very pleasant and polite. He made my viewing experience really easy and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the property my partner and I ended up going for was with another estate agents. However, due to the ease and pleasure of the above, I decided to sell my flat using Fenwicks. From the word go, they were professional, pleasant and diligent. They gave me regular updates, were happy to talk things over with me and the rate they charged was great. GoogleFenwicks are absolutely top of their game for numerous reasons; the Portchester Team are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, helpful and its clear that they genuinely love what they do, as they go the extra mile. The entire experience is outstanding, whilst they understand & respect the personal aspect of either selling a home or viewing others - they have the balance exactly right. They've adapted to and implement all of the 'new COVID measures', whilst also encountering a very busy time, yet they communicate regularly, and accommodate many viewings. FacebookWe bought through Fenwicks 5 years ago and recently just sold through them. I cannot recommend them enough... extremely professional, honest, friendly and worked hard to sell our property. They didn’t over contact me which I found other estate agents did, they only contacted with any news. Excellent service throughout. Thank you Fenwicks.

GoogleWOW! worst company i have ever spoke to... i wanted to rearrange a viewing as my little boy fell asleep as i was meant to leave and has not slept yet today!i thought best to rearrenge rather than waste both our times as i wouldnt be able to look properly whilst trying to hold a screaming/unhappy baby. she then rang who she thought was the vendor and totally slated about me down the phone and said how bad a parent i was and that i should wake him ive said his once before how absurd it was that i wouldnt wake him to come! id like to add yes last time i rearrange but i did go see the property i did not cancel! and this time i have not cancelled! im totally appalled at the response i got from her when she realised it was me on the phone! ..... THIS WAS THE MANAGING DIRECTER/OWNER! shocked and so angry how dare you tell me how to parent and try to make me feel small about rearranging! totally unprofessional just wanted to hang up on me NO APOLOGY! i will be seeing the house monday but i will not be speaking to you! AN APOLOGY WOULD GO A LONG WAY!

GoogleGreat service from the team but a special shout out for Dean who kept us in the loop on everything and worked very hard to make sure the sale got over the line as we had several challenges and the sale took much longer than anyone anticipated. Would highly recommend Fenwicks to both sell and buy from based on our experience.

GoogleScuppering my purchase in a chain. Jeffries and the other agents have been fantastic from Brambles to Pearson and Noon (Now Fenwicks) at the top. These guys steam roller in not giving their clients best advice. We were hoping to exchange this week to complete the end of the month. As far as I know 5 very upset parties. We all talk. They have so many properties on I guess they think they are untouchable.

GoogleWe sold our property through Fenwicks last October. Throughly professional, great property details and photos. They judged the market extremely well and we got a quick sale at a good price. Good communication throughout and they were happy to help with communication with our buyers solicitor when things slowed. Viewing to moving was 3 months.
