Douglas has been unstinting in his attention to our needs, and proactive in helping us over the many pitfalls that we have encountered in the marketing and sale of our home. It is no exaggeration to say that he became a friend in need. And it didn’t stop at the sale, but continued to the present. FacebookWe really cannot recommend Fenwicks Estate Agents enough. We have recently sold our house with them and it has been a rollercoaster of a journey from start to finish with Covid, problems with the chain and with on-line solicitors. Through it all, Pamela and her team have been so supportive. Sharon, Keith and Jacob are always helpful and attentive when you ring with any queries and Pamela has kept in constant contact, providing us with updates and acting as a welcome sounding board for our concerns and worries. It was such a joyful moment when we shared the news of our long-awaited exchange of contracts and I think the team were just as relieved and pleased as were. Pamela and the team have shared our lows and highs, but have throughout been professional, approachable and human with only our best interests at heart. Thank you Pamela and all the team. FacebookI can wholeheartedly recommend Fenwicks. We chose them to sell our house as I was very impressed with how professional & friendly they were when I went to view a property they had on the market. They certainly know their stuff! The house we were selling was of a non-standard construction but the leaseholders all own a share of the freehold. Fenwicks were the only estate agents who fully understood this. We also didn't feel like our property was just another one on the conveyor belt & as an added bonus our house sold within 6 hours! Nothing was too much trouble for them & their communication was faultless. So a huge 'Thank You' to Julie, Dean & the rest of the team!

GoogleThe local Fenwick's Team in Portchester I have used twice now, for buying and selling. Each time they have been excellent in every area of the of the process, especially speed of service, friendliness and local knowledge. I did compare to a few other agents each time, but bottom line is they are a far better team and their marketing photos and brochure material is far far superior than any of the competition. I only wish I could take their services with me where I now live for next time.

GoogleI used this company to buy my home in 2013 and to sell it in 2022. I found them to be an honest, friendly and reliable Estate Agency whose rates were very reasonable. The schedule photographs were really good and the descriptions were accurate and complete, which helped me to sell my home quickly. If I hadn't now moved out of area I would gladly use them again and can recommend them to anyone contemplating moving from or within Portchester.
