They take whatever time is needed to properly sell your property and the level of empathy they have shown towards my elderly parents has been exceptional. If you plan on buying or selling your home, forget the rest, choose the best!

The whole sale with Fenwicks Estate Agent in Gosport was amazing. They came to value the property quickly and gave a great price compared to other agents. They then organised over 10 viewings in the first few days and it was old within a week. Our chain took a while to complete with another estate agent but Fenwicks called regularly with updates and information to put us at ease and let us know how things were going. They recommended local surveyors and solicitors which were also great. I would absolutely recommend anyone who wants to sell their house to use Fenwicks in Gosport.

My Mum was selling her house in Fareham in Hampshire where I was living with her back in June 2020 and we went through the Fareham office where we had Pamela Tovey take on our property. Due to a number of very difficult circumstances going on in our lives at the time, we had some urgency to get my mum’s house sold. So a reliable, proactive, caring and professional estate agent was a priority and I can honestly say we were NOT disappointed. Our property went on the market on the Monday and by the Tuesday we had a day full of viewings due to Fenwicks’s excellent advertising of our property which showed it at its absolute best both with wording and photos. We got great offers on our property and we had a reliable buyer right from the start. Cutting a long story short, due to our personal circumstances it was a very stressful journey selling our property but Pamela and the Fenwicks team could not have been more on that journey with us!! They were absolutely amazing!! Proactive, caring, supportive, genuinely cared about our needs to sell our property and to say they went to every length to make sure we achieved the sale of our house is an understatement! Thanks to Pamela and her phenomenal and passionate team, we sold our house in the same year and we are now living happily in the county of Devon which we love! They give out good advice, rather than pressurize like some of the bigger agents. Honestly I don't know where to begin. I have used Fenwicks a couple of times recently for sales of investment properties. These agents are absolutely brilliant I dealt with Jill McLoughlin mostly but also others in the office and nothing is too much trouble for them. Fenwicks Portchester were fantastic! They came to take the photos and do the floorplan and the next morning the property was online. Within and hour we had secured 8 viewing appointments. Then later in the afternoon, we had our first viewing who offered full asking price! We accepted and then bought our onward purchase through the Fareham branch of Fenwicks. The team at both branches were fantastic and kept us in the loop during the whole selling and buying process, even when there was a month delay to the completion date!
